I’ve read on here they do a good version of Hot Cloth cleanser.

Is there anything else I can treat myself to? There isn’t a branch near me but tomorrow I’m off on a jolly somewhere else!

If you have curly hair, the Twisted Sister curl spray is my latest discovery. Lightweight and a fine spray nozzle. On special offer ATM.

glitterbiscuits · 13/04/2018 16:55

@Skarossinkplunger - do you want me to take a look for your colour? I’d be happy to post it to you?

@AsAProfessionalPenis - I’m glad it’s not jut me! My skin is sensitive too so hope we can both find suggestions we like.

It never occurred to me they would deliver. At least that means if I find nice stuff I haven’t got to wait.

Their own brand permanent hair dye is good. It’s literally the only brown that I’ve found that doesn’t have red/brassy undertones.

If you are or planning to ttc stock up on their own brand pregnancy tests.

Makeup revolution makeup - they do a urban decay naked dupe palette which is really good.

BusterGonad · 13/04/2018 17:02

Why are people shitting on the OP for asking a valid question in S&B? Such miserable losers! I get excited at the Avon brochure as I'm addicted to make up and skincare, Hence why I'm in S&B.

GeorgeTheHippo · 13/04/2018 17:05

The vitamin E body lotion is nice

MissMorkansAnnualDance · 13/04/2018 17:09

Only one boring old-timer who should realise it's time she FOTTFSOF because nobody cares who she is anymore is shitting on the OP tbh.

OP- I also really rate the Pure serum, stock up on it whenever I'm in the UK (live abroad) I like the Vit E hot cloth cleanser, but not the radiant one which is purported to be a dupe for Liz Earle (but really isn't, at all) which I found very scratchy. I also love the fact that often Nip and Fab etc will be loads cheaper than in Boots etc. If they are on offer I grab the Glycolic Pads, the Dragon's Blood pads, the DB serum and the No Needle Fix serum, all of which are really good.

MUA lipstick n 11 is a really nice MLBB tone, quite similar to the eyewateringly priced, but oh so lovely Chanel Mademoiselle. I have both, and true, the Chanel is better quality, more buttery and the MUA dries out after not very long, but hey, it's a quid!

MUA Undress Your Skin glowy thingy is brill as well.

Queenofthedrivensnow · 13/04/2018 17:10

Vitamin e body scrub is the absolute bollocks. Use it on dry skin and shower it off god I love it.
Box dye is always on offer.

Lovesagin · 13/04/2018 17:17

I love their b. range and their rip off Liz Earle/clarins range in the green tubes (hot cloth cleanser and beauty balm) and their revolution makeup is fab. I feel like a total mug after years of spending a fortune just for the name Blush

Skarossinkplunger · 13/04/2018 17:24

glitterbiscuits That’s really lovely of you. I absolutely doubt they will have it as we’ve tried practically everywhere. But if they have shade C2 that would be awesome, and if they have two I’ll take them both.

PM me if you get them and I’ll sort out transferring money and postage.

Thank you so much!

BusterGonad · 13/04/2018 17:25

Sorry, I should've said one sad f**k shitting on the OP, looks like it's pissed off elsewhere now!

Soyalatteforme · 13/04/2018 18:25

Their bamboo cloth flannels are lovely and soft, wash well and last ages. Great for face exfoliation. But 1 get one half price at the mo.

Soyalatteforme · 13/04/2018 18:27

I too love a good beauty haul OP! Especially a bargain or two thrown in. Some people just come on here to be nasty, what boring lives they must lead.

MizCracker · 13/04/2018 18:29

Their own brand skincare is excellent - I love the B. range. It's half price quite often so worth waiting for offers.

Lottapianos · 13/04/2018 20:32

Love all you value for money people! I'm the same - I want products that actually work, without expecting miracles, but don't cost a fortune.

Must try the B. range. Any particular products you would recommend for dry dehydrated skin, specifically to put the glow back in?

Mabelface · 13/04/2018 20:35

Elf liquid eyeliner. Only £3.99 and it stays on all day. I also like their primer.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 13/04/2018 20:52

I love the Optimum Range (the grey one , for 40+)
The hairdye (used to use the permenant one , now use semi and it really lasts)

E.L.F lip scrubby thing , I keep it in the bathroom for after I brush my teeth

Charcoal toothpaste (good for dong scary faces in the mirror)

Planning to get some of their own brand suncream to try out before holiday

I'm not a make-up wearer IRL , but I might try the Revoloution eyebrow gel .

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 13/04/2018 20:54

Vit E spray on body moisturiser for hard to reach bits

glitterbiscuits · 13/04/2018 21:44

I have a great list now, thanks

Made a note for you @Skarossinkplunger. Will PM if I’m successful.

Not only am I going to Superdrug but I have realised I have £30 of Love To Shop vouchers I got given at Christmas...which they take in Superdrug!

So if I wasn’t excited when I started the thread then I am now!

Thanks to all that chipped in with ideas.

Naturally radiant glycolic toner is good.

Maraki · 13/04/2018 22:05

Superdrug Cocoa Butter and Vanilla is really moisturising, smells amazing, and it’s half price currently £1.95!!

shins · 13/04/2018 22:29

I flippin love Superdrug! We don't have it in the Rep of Ireland so I order online. What they all said, esp the skincare.

mammmamia · 13/04/2018 22:29

A massive Superdrug has just opened near my office in the city surrounded by about 5 branches of Boots.
I’ve been amazed at their range and value for money. I absolutely love going in there after work for a beauty spree.
Their MUA make up is such good value I’ve been buying bits to experiment with.
They have very good offers on brands.
My Dd has hurt her ankle so I bought her an own brand ankle support which was very good and half the price of the Boots one.

Hobbes8 · 13/04/2018 22:32

MUA make up range is good. Their eyeliners and eyebrow pencils are around £1 each and are soft and smudgy but stay put all day (and I'm a bugger at rubbing my eyes). I'm no make up expert but have been told that their eye shadows are highly pigmented (which may or may not be bullshit but I'm 40 and they don't do that settling in the eye crease thing that other high st ones do). They have colour ranges that mimic much more expensive urban decay ranges.

I have a blusher from there from a range called Sleek which is supposed to be a dupe for Nars Orgasm. It's sort of a sparkly peachy pink colour.

There's supposedly a toner called something like Freedom tonic that's supposed to be a dupe for Pixi Glow Tonic but for a few quid rather than £18, but I can never find it and it's sold out online, so I can't vouch for it.

Vitamin E toner is v nice, and that whole range is cheap as chips

Bringmewineandcake · 13/04/2018 22:36

Mua volume mascara. Absolutely bloody amazing

MinaPaws · 13/04/2018 22:38

I love Superdrug and make a trek into a nearby town once a month to stock up there.
Vit E Hot Cloth is really good.
They usually have a good quality shampoo on special offer - Elvive thickening shampoo and conditioner is great
They also sell the charcoal and bamboo black peel off face mask tht gets rid of blackheads. Or their own brand facemasks are good too - I like the cooling clay one.
