What should I buy in Superdrug?

I’ve read on here they do a good version of Hot Cloth cleanser.

Is there anything else I can treat myself to? There isn’t a branch near me but tomorrow I’m off on a jolly somewhere else!

Superdrug simply pure hydrating serum is great! Contains cream idea and is only 2.99

Stansmith01 · 13/04/2018 14:48

*ceramides not cream idea Blush

TheSpottedZebra · 13/04/2018 14:49

Vlad I admire your commitment to bitchplopping on MN. Great work.

glitter there are 2 versions of hot cloth I think - the Vit E one, and the Naturally Radiant one. I like the latter, but the former is probably best for drier skins.

I'm also loving a serum at the mo - Simply Pure serum, and the night version also.

Skinandbones · 13/04/2018 14:49

Just got the Tresemma shampoo and conditioner, the 7 ways to repair. I have very fine hair and it was brilliant and on special offer.

TheSpottedZebra · 13/04/2018 14:49

Ha - cross post re serum.

Branleuse · 13/04/2018 14:52

whatever toiletries or makeup youre running low on.

GrannyGrissle · 13/04/2018 14:52

The B. and Optimum ranges are great. I LOVE Superdrug and it is one of my destination shops (i have plenty of money but like value and items which live up to the hype and couldn't give a shite about snobby type places).

LockedOutOfMN · 13/04/2018 14:54

They used to sell a great own brand Vitamin E body scrub. If they still have that then I strongly recommend it.

VladPutin · 13/04/2018 14:55

lol at Bran

ButFirstTea · 13/04/2018 14:55

Naturally Radiant exfoliating pads, MUA blushers, Vitamin E moisturisers.

Trying to imagine where you live that isn't near a Superdrug!

ButternutCrinkleFries · 13/04/2018 14:56

The B. range do a great gycolic peel. It’s pnly a couple of quid and it’s really, really good. I think I got it having seen it recommended on here originally actually.

MrsJayy · 13/04/2018 14:57

The vitamin E face cream is lovely it is all I use.

GrannyGrissle · 13/04/2018 14:58

The B. and Optimum ranges are great and i LOVE a Superdrug trip and order online from them all the time (free delivery over £10). This isn't a money thing, i just like good value and products which actually work and am secure enough in myself not to feel the need to visit posh shops for social approval. There are always some great offers on at Superdrug so worth stocking up on Palmers skincare products or similar when they are on offer.

WhatCanIDoNowPlease · 13/04/2018 14:58

The nhs cream and oil.

Licencedtodrill · 13/04/2018 15:00

MUA lipsticks are great value at £1 each. I buy a lot of (cheap) make up in Superdrug and I look fine!

ShotsFired · 13/04/2018 15:03

hah! I am restocking a load of bits tomorrow and was wondering whether to go for Boots and some decent offers (on things I already want); or schlep across to Superdrug and see if they have equivalents.

I CBA doing two shops.

glitterbiscuits · 13/04/2018 15:10

I’ve always been a soap and water girl until recently but I’m changing. I have found the benefit of body lotion at nearly 50!
I’m really enjoying finally taking care of myself. Wish I’d done it years ago

I don’t care where I shop. Same with food, Waitrose or Aldi. As long as it’s good and it’s what I want. I don’t really have any brand loyalty.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I’m making a list.

its not that you shop there at all. Its just being excited about it.

FlaviaAlbia · 13/04/2018 15:12

Their own brand Vitamin E range is great.

Undies1990 · 13/04/2018 15:18

Another vote for own brand Vitamin E moisturiser. I get the one without SPF as the SPF makes my eyes water!
It really is lovely, non sticky or greasy.

IHaveBrilloHair · 13/04/2018 15:21

The colour shampoo, it's like a wash in wash out dye

AsAProfessionalPenis · 13/04/2018 15:24

I was going to start this thread
I live nowhere near a superdrug but will be near one next weekend
I already use the hot cloth cleanser so I'll stock up.
I have very sensitive skin but that is fine
Any recommendations for sensitive skin?

Sabistick · 13/04/2018 15:28

I dont get out much,so do a lot of online shopping. Superdrug do free delivery for shopping over £10 . Def worth doing.

Skarossinkplunger · 13/04/2018 15:51

The new Make-up revolution range is fantastic. I usually go for higher end stuff but I saw a review for the concealer which is a dupe for Tarte Shape Tape and it’s meant to be bloody fantastic. I can’t vouch for this because every bloody Superdrug in the country and their website has sold out my shade! But I did buy the Hydrating Primer, Illuminaring Fixing Spray and the Contour Palette for fair skin and I love them all.
