Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 12:28

I only wear casual to work now.. !! (dont care !)

ilovecherries · 26/04/2018 13:29

Oh, that's lovely. Are you sure you won't wear it any more?

MollyH1 · 26/04/2018 13:34

Hello, sorry I am new to this thread and I haven't actually read through it all, so apologies if I am asking a question that has already been discussed.

Has anyone ordered these short dungarees for summer? I'm debating whether to order them - they're quite expensive but they look versatile

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 13:50

Sure .Cherries its been hanging in my wardrobe for at least 2 years unworn,.. (I am never going to job interview again if i can help it !)..

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 13:51

Hi Molly not me, but I am an oldie .. I think they look nice though

ilovecherries · 26/04/2018 14:05

Well, I'd certainly wear it for the next 6 months, then hopefully I will be planning a more minimalist (and warm) lifestyle in the caravan.

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 14:10

its yours then , ill post it tomorrow ....( it might be a bit warm for the summer though as its merino wool)

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 14:15

I've still got your address ..

Ellapaella · 26/04/2018 14:47

Molly I think they are lovely. Haven't got them myself but going by your pic of you in your other ones on the dungaree thread I'd say go for it, they'll look great on you.

ilovecherries · 26/04/2018 15:31

Now I've lost my fat jacket, Laska, I'm always cold...and this is the frozen north, as well:)

neveradullmoment99 · 26/04/2018 18:05

Well my order arrived and out of all of the things that I like, the cropped harems are what I like the best! So the rest is most likely going to be returned asap tomorrow. After lusting after the limestone diamond tee, in real life, I just really did not like the diamond on it. Like the colour a lot and the washed look of it but just not for me. All I can think when I look at it on me is why the diamond! Also ordered the mini stars tee, its ok but nothing special so that's going back too. Ordered the washed Ivy dress and although it is lovely, I am tired of seeing myself in that style so that is going back. I also feel it is a bit wintry tbh. I have a wedding to go so, so ordered the jumpsuit in black. Was thinking of putting it on with a statement necklace and strappy sandals and perhaps a print jacket. We will see...Although drawn to the printed one, I just know its not me.

Never I’m very tempted by the jumpsuit. Please let us know what you think.

Has anybody bought the navy jumpsuit with the green piping down the sides of the legs? I like it but I don’t know what footwear or bra I could wear with it. Anybody try it?

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 18:47

Never you are not Enabling are you? Grin Suppose I will HAVE to look now....

neveradullmoment99 · 26/04/2018 18:56

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 18:58

Hmm...Never you are a bad woman showing me that site ( I'd forgotten about Poetry. I love the yellow linen top ( but I have the Hush one from last year although its a lot brighter than that .. )

... But I Really love this dress . I can see me in a certain Greek beach taverna wearing that ..

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 19:04

Some of my Seasalt order arrived .The blue Albert Quay crops were really nice but too big for me . I only ended up keeping the rosewood leggings which were exactly the shade i have been looking for for ages! (oh and a couple of pairs of really cheap socks that were in the sale for DH) . I am still waiting for the tomato linen dress to arrive . I may order the crops again though or wait until I go over to Chichester next when I can try on the smaller ones

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 19:08

Poetry do nice linen jersey vests also ,I'd like the soft cranberry and the soft ocean ones .. I have previously found some nice linen vests (not Poetry ) in TKmaxx and they have been fab ..

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 19:09

I didn't think I'd like the Ivy with short sleeves, what did you think never?

neveradullmoment99 · 26/04/2018 19:14

They aren't that short. That's the thing! They come down to a coupld of inches just above the elbow and feel a bit restrictive tbh. Its also pretty short and more like the glittery one from xmas. The sleeves are definitely NOTHING as short as the model! I think its really nice and very good value in the sale but needs to be worn with leggings for me. Too short for tights I reckon and no way bare legs for me as its way short. Its more of a black than the grey of the puffed sleeved tunic.

I love the colours of poetry. Lovely muted shades :)

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 19:33

I kept the glittery Ivy .. Wore it on my 60th birthday in Florence (December) , and on Christmas day , and again at a party at new year but only then.... I did love it and it felt great as a birthday dress ,I had to get the XS though as Hush had definitely got sizes all wrong but it in the wardrobe now probably until next Christmas!

Laska5772 · 26/04/2018 19:38

Do you like the dress I linked never ? is it a classic and worth it do you think?

We are about to pop the £2 piggy bank this weekend (savings in piggy are strictly for treats only ) .. DH and I both put in all £2s we get and share it 50/50.. but its stuffed, we cant get another coin in there , so its likely to have about £300 in it ..

ilovecherries · 26/04/2018 19:42

I love both Poetry and Wrap. I have/had a fair few of their linen and hemp stuff in a 22 and it was very hard wearing. I like their customer service too. And out of three returns boxes that hush received last Thursday, only one has been refunded (bizarrely the one I asked for an exchange for, which is odd as they do have it in stock). Ive taken to not putting returns from different orders into the same box as I was always chasing up items they hadn't refunded, but sending them separately doesn't seem to have helped. Given most of their business must be online, they really need to tighten that up.
