Well I finally made it into JL Birmingham for my trying on sesh. After reading about the refund situ I didn't really want to have to wait for refunds.

So I really didn't like the Monaco trousers, they were a disappointment but I loved the Amie joggers!!! Been wearing them religiously since I bought them. Will defo be up for buying another pair in a different colour. They will be my travelling outfit when I go on holiday to the US next week

Tried on one of the Stella star t-shirts, loved how it looked but I thought it was fairly meh quality. I maybe would've paid £20 for it, but not £35

Some of the summer stuff looks nice, I admit though I'm still more of a Mint Velvet addict - but potentially a few Hush items could tempt me.

As a 41 year old Mum of 2 I was starting to get a bit despondent with the high street hence loving Mint Velvet as feel it's more me. Up hopefully Hush can add to it!!!

Only because I didn’t want to monopolise this one Laska. Fuming with their attitude though as like some others on here spend an absolute fortune with them.

I had a bad experience with Hush recently when it took well over a month for a return to be refunded and when I questioned this, the customer services guy was INCREDIBLY rude to me.

I had vowed NEVER to shop with them again but the new leopard print stuff is calling my name, alas. I am WEAK.

I've just finished a meeting in a very, very cold Newcastle wearing the rather lovely boiled wool jacket from Hobbs via the also rather lovely Laska. :). The colour really suits me and the woman I was meeting said 'oh, love your jacket, Hobbs, isn't it?' No one EVER used to say they loved my clothes! I was wearing it with the grey Felix and black tights with a silky grey and lilac scarf I bought at the airport the other week.

I've certainly got a bad taste in my mouth about my most recent refund debacle. The items I sent a week after I sent the missing stuff have now been refunded.

I know what you mean Cherries , I think they’ve got very sure of themselves since branching into John Lewis! Saying that I do hope they bring the Felix dress back in grey this autumn. I love my burgundy one and was so sorry to miss out on the grey. I have stalked eBay to no avail .

I'm a bit upset - just had another email saying 'the money was refunded'. Except it hasn't been - and I've waited three days for that reply. Not sure what to do now.

They did not respond to my emails either.

I also returned something for an exchange in a smaller size. It was ages ago. I received the refund very recently. Mo explanation of what item I was being refunded for and no email to say the size I had wanted to exchange for is now sold out.

I think they are quite full of themselves and I can’t understand why if I’m honest. Their ‘brand’ image seems to be more highly thought of than their customers and they would do well to remember without their customers their brand is moot.

Cherries I think you need to contact them via their Facebook or Instagram, have you done that? It's really poor service - if you can screen shot your credit card account from the dates they say they refunded the money to prove it's not actually gone in and email it to them? That's really bad, would put me right off to be honest!
Only other thing would be check they haven't refunded a different card or account you may have used previously?

I think you should do what Ella said and also phone them. Its totally unacceptable. If the CC company are saying that you haven't had the refund then you haven't had it. They need to check their systems. Tbh, I have ordered loads from them over the past year and try to keep ahead of what is refunded but they could easily have done this to me and I would be none the wiser. Very worrying and quite frankly not good enough. Complain complain complain on twitter and make a HUGE fuss. Order NOTHING else until its sorted.

Oh and in the past [well over a year ago now] I had a £10 voucher code. I remember using it for items that I had ordered - say £100 worth and returned £50 of my order. They took the £10 from what I had returned so charged me the full price for the rest of the order -£50 instead of £40 so basically they took back the voucher!!! I emailed them and they refunded it to me but all the same what a cheek!

Actually I think it is worth noting all Internet returns, the cost of each item and the date returned. We don’t need a spreadsheet, just something simple.

I returned an item to a store last week. As I bought it online and paid via PayPal, they said the refund would go through to my card. I left happily enough and didn’t think any more of it. I had to follow up with them this week as there was no sign of the refund. Most of my shopping is online and to be honest, I’m quite careless and assume if I receive an email confirmation that refunds have gone through, they have. That is not always the case and I now wonder how many other times have I assumed wrongly.

Well the few bits I ordered yesterday arrived: the Portobello dress is the most unflattering item I've ever put on, it looked like a bin bag with elastic around the middle. Off it was creased like a dish rag and covered in white fluff. The leopard maxi skirt was cheap and nasty looking, even the stitching wasn't straight - I wouldn't have paid £10 in the market for it. Finally the bright pink boxy jumper which was lovely but not £85 lovely - gorgeous colour though.
I've packaged it all straight back up and taken in straight to the P office, I'm quite pleased as would have been very reluctant today to give Hush any more money!

I actually prefer Hush's winter stuff. I don't think the summer things are ever as good.

I remember buying a dress similar to the beach dress and although it was a gorgeous colour of blue, the stitching was pretty bad on the inside. That was a summer dress. Saying that, I have some gorgeous summer tops from last year. One I haven't even worn yet!!!!

..oh dear I think its very much looking like we have stopped loving Hush!
I am also waiting for two refunds but they were only delivered end of last week.. I have already been refunded for a Seasalt and a JL one posted on the same day.

I am not on facebook but perhaps he ought to start joint email campaign to them.

I think their Autumn Winter range is much better - I only bought a couple of tees last summer ( and they didn’t wear well)
