How much jewellery do you wear?

I don't usually wear much - gold watch, pearl studs, occasionally a ring.

Quite like that heavily laden look on some people though. Thinking of buying a stash of clunky, jingling bracelets...

ahh felt there'd be a solution to that problem !

1 pair of earings, 1 necklace, 1 watch () 1 engagement ring and 1 wedding ring.
Would like an ankle bracelet but none fit round my fat ankles!!! ( pre-pregnancy and now!)

My cousin always made out that there was a thing about which ankle you wore your ankle chain on - it could mark you out!

It was something like if you wore in on your left ankle it meants you were a "lady of the night" - her words not mine. She came from Plymouth.

I tend to just wear stud earrings for day to day. Have LOADS of lovely jewellery though. It all depends on who I'm seeing - for work & home I just stick to the earrings most of the time (watches are broken at the minute else I'd wear one too).

When I go out or am going to see friends then I tend to wear rings, bracelets, earrings, necklace. Sometimes ankle bracelet in the summer. Depends on my mood & how lazy I am! Really ought to wear it more often.

I have some cool purple bangles from accessorise.

I don't like yellow gold that much either.

Totally depends. Always engagement ring and a little silve coloured stud in the top of my ear.

Today nothing else, yesterday was large sparkly stud and a long dangly pendant. I have lots of chunky beaded jewellery so what I wear depends on my outfit.

DD2 is still fairly young - almost 17 months! - so she still likes to pull dangling earrings and necklaces.

I always wear my wedding ring and a garnet ring DH bought me.

I have each ear pierced twice, so I usually wear at least one pair of earrings.

Often enough I'll wear a necklace.

I don't wear as much as I used to when I lived in America, although I now have quite a bit because my dad likes to give us jewellry as gifts and my mother's mad for it.

Have a lot of both costume and 'real' stuff.

i have some rings that use both yellow and white gold so i don't mind mixing - i think it looks really nice done in the right way, plus watch is stainless steel and gold anyway

i've really gone off jewellery and only wear a watch

i only wear engagement and wedding ring, and 2 small silver bracelets. i have my ears pierced, once in one ear, 3 times in other but haven't worn any earings for years. stopped wearing a necklace when i had kids as dd used to pull on it when feeding.

I don't wear any.. can't be arsed to get it out of the box or else I forget

haven't been able to wear a watch since I was pregnant the first time.. they all stop within about 20 mins of being put on my wrist since then :/

I cannot wear watches either.... they all give up after a week and die.

I wear stud type earings occasionally. That's it.

Engagement ring lives in a box with wedding ring, which was taken off 4 hours after wedding reception, never to be worn again.

5 rings
2 bracelets my birthing partner gave to me
1 bracelet a child I used to work with gave to me
3 'stud' earrings
1 'dangly' earring
1 flesh tunnell/plug/whatever you want to call it
1 toe ring

and I sometimes wear a necklace, if I can be bothered to find one.

Gosh, after reading that, I think I wear a little too much!

Not much. Just a few medallions, a couple of heavy chains, signet ring, PrinceAlbert, diamond brooch on my favourite hat, etc.

Always wear wedding ring (plain silver band).

Three other rings (one I bought myself years ago to mark emerging from a thoroughly miserable time in my life, my engagement ring, &one which was a present from dh) go on if I'm not going to be doing anything where they'd get in the way. They're all silver with stones.

Often also wear necklace &/or earrings for work.

Pile on lots of bracelets if going out!

I tend to wear rings that 'mean' something, whereas anything else is purely decorative...

I'm odd, I have boxes and boxes of jewellery as I make the stuff but I don't often wear it. I'll usually make a necklace, bracelet & earring set to wear with an outfit for a special occasion then probably never wear it again. I have a few simple necklaces on leather thonging that I like wearing but I forget to take them off so they make my neck sore.

For the past few weeks I've been wearing a purple glittery rubber bracelet. I think it's the kind kids were wearing a while ago and there was a big fuss about what the different colours meant.

I used to wear a couple of rings, but we're only allowed to wear a wedding band at work and I don't have one of them

I do have "proper" jewellery, but it's extremely rare for me to wear that.

during the day I wear my lovely diamond ring. If Im going out I will wear earrings, bracelet, occasionally necklace and ring. Am not one for overloading

I only wear a pair of silver earrings on a daily basis. Have a nickel allergy and find it very difficult finding jewellery without it in. I do have the odd set of plastic beads and bracelets. For special occasions I have a lovely watch and bracelet made out pure silver that my other half bought me as a present a few years ago, very expensive so it's locked away. I have no everyday watch as most of them have nickel in them, usually on the back and so have given up trying to find a nice one that I can wear.
