Idreamofdaleks, like your list and as fellow column (ish) type, these are also things which look good on me.
Wonder if Tutter and Bink will agree?
Still of opinion that if you have flat bum, linen trousers are not a good thing to wear, so no suggestions on that front, sorry...

Daleks' things are interesting - I tend to avoid bright patterns. (I've also got rather a small head & small features & with the overall figure nondescript-ness I think I'm easily swamped by pattern. But I might be wrong, I suppose)

I was thinking about this - as a long smock top rather than as a dress with neat knee-length shorts.

Have the drawstring ones, they fall off after about an hour. Does not look very flattering when you have to walk around holding them up!
