I can't see anything about this yet so sorry if it's already on here.

So you get a full sized freebie with every order over £30.

I got a candle the first time I ordered, and I couldn't help going back for another turn and I got a 100ml cologne.

Must not try again.

JM are saying I didn't win anything!!! I've just sent them a screenshot with the order clearly stating I'm due to receive a digital prize! This is my first time ordering from them and I'm not impressed so far.

I had an incidence of my prize going out of stock mid checkout and it wasn't overly obvious it had done so. The prize was just suddenly not there. Could this have happened?

I hadn't realised that the hand/body wash should have been 250ml. I received the 100 ml yesterday and admit I was a bit disappointed as I wanted it for a gift.
Thanks to this thread, I have checked my confirmation email and the picture was of the pump bottle, so I have rung JM this morning and as others have said, they stated they have made a mistake and will send me the 250ml one. I get to keep the smaller one, as she said 'it was of no use to them'.
Result. I am still waiting for the paid item but the other order I made has all arrived.

Veronicat Does the email say what prize you won? Mine has details and a picture of the gift and paid item. Could this make a difference?

I’ve just looked on the website and there is no LBM body wash on sale at all now? I was looking to see how much the 100ml sells for. So if they offer to replace my unwanted 100ml but haven’t got the 250ml in stock and want to send another fragrance I won’t be pleased as I bought hand lotion and soap to match it Confused

When I tried to put through my first order the site crashed and i lost my original prize from the basket so beware! Hope everyone gets what they should be eventually.

I just rang them and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful .. are sending me the correct size LBM and said I could keep the smaller one ..

Nope, just says digital prize. I did it on my mobile and the site kept crashing. My original order showed the perfume then when I went to checkout through PayPal, the perfume photo had vanished.

veronicat I made three orders during the week and all of them had a picture of the prize included on the order confirmation email .. It does sound like yours was lost when the site crashed. If your phone server reset cookies each time you logged back into the site that could be why. Hope you get it sorted out.. I found them really helpful

veronicat I think Laska must be right and you 'lost' the prize. Customer services were very helpful to me. Their number if you need it is 0800 054 2939. Good luck

I have just tried the 100ml LBM body wash that said I could keep..I am truly scented! ..really nice Am now tempted to get the cologne..but may try perfume parlour)

I've given them a call and they've asked me to send the email to them. Hopefully they will honour it as it's not my fault their website crashed. Fingers crossed.

My freebie candle has landed. Tiny black dot on the bottom label, next to the barcode. No problem with that. Fingers crossed my pom noir one arrives in the next couple of days.

My Pom Noir candle tried to be delivered yesterday and normally postman leaves stuff with neighbour but he took it back to post office. Having it redelivered to work tomorrow, stupidly excited 😊

Veronicat I had the same as you - said it on my confirmation but no picture in the order. They said they wouldn't honour it on an email but on the phone they agreed and are sending it out. They have really screwed up with this game!

@ohbitchplease this is the first one I've done. But the phone lines were buzzing when I rang and the email response I had took ages and apologised that they were over run. So lots of unhappy customers!

It seems like they were a bit overwhelmed by it.

Truth - it’s finished now. Was only a couple of days and ended on Friday.
