The Jo Malone Freebie game is back [UPDATE: But it's over now...]

I can't see anything about this yet so sorry if it's already on here.

So you get a full sized freebie with every order over £30.

I got a candle the first time I ordered, and I couldn't help going back for another turn and I got a 100ml cologne.

Must not try again.

I received my freebie candles but also the smaller body wash rather than the bigger one with the pump as shown on my confirmation order email. Phoned customer service and they have sorted straight away although they did say it could take 2 weeks for my larger freebie to arrive.
Customer service excellent.

I just got (part of) my order but it's a 50ml English Oak and Redcurrant cologne even though I ordered a French Lime Blossom and won a LBM Body Wash. Has anyone else had this issue? Trying to speak to an online chat advisor atm but no response so far...

Peaches same here. I 'won' English Oak and hazelnut cologne and Blackberry and bay was delivered. Spoke to customer service today and they wanted a photo of the incorrect item, which I emailed to them. Just waiting for them to get back to me now.

Everything arrived but I also have the small BLM body wash when my order shows the larger one. I will ring them in the morning..

. Wish they had swapped mine for the blackberry and bay!

Got my paid for orange blossom candle yesterday which is lovely, 100ml red currant and oak cologne came today - I was pleasantly surprised how nice it smells.

I received my 100ml LBM on Saturday. Today I’ve received nearly all of my items (just missing 1 paid for item) plus an extra English oak & redcurrant candle.

I only emailed yesterday about the 100ml & not had a response, so surely it can’t be a replacement for that can it? I’m not particularly fond of the scent so would much rather have the hand wash....

Anyone else had a random extra freebie?

£65 is brilliant! I spent £65 as well but think you spent it better! Happy with my lot though (assuming they replace small bottle with decent sized one)!

Aghhh!

So my 'free' item arrived - it's a 30ml cologne. Except I 'won' a 100ml one.

I rang customer service who have asked me for my purchase order email and sure enough it says 'free 30ml'.

Hmm except I played the game a few times and kept going until I got the 100ml as I adore it and I didn't want the 30ml as I already have it!

I buy quite a lot of JM and am very familiar with how completely different the 100 & 30 ml bottles look. I know exactly what I won.

Any idea what to do next? I wouldn't have purchased for just a 30ml - hence why I kept trying.

I would think if your confirmation email did show the 100ml then you would be able to argue your case for sure. Although if the original email stated 30ml then they may ask why you didn't question at the time.

Although this offer seems to be so disjointed I'd probably give it a go

No my email says 30ml Sad but on the silly grabby game I got a 100ml. I know it sounds implausible but I kept going until I won what I wanted. It's my fave cologne and I totally know the difference shape wise between the 2 - you cannot confuse them!

Well I’ve just got my two free body washes - Pom noir and English pear & freesia. I’m happy to report both are the large pump bottles.
