I can't see anything about this yet so sorry if it's already on here.

So you get a full sized freebie with every order over £30.

I got a candle the first time I ordered, and I couldn't help going back for another turn and I got a 100ml cologne.

Must not try again.

The marker pen is to stop store returns. They did say in the T&C'a that they would be marked.

I'm waiting to see what I get. My freebie was the body scrub, and the only size of body scrub they have on the website is the full size one - and the "completion" clearly said full size products, so if I get a travel size body scrub I will be annoyed.

I had walnut body scrub and bought the PN body scrub and then second order I had PN hand and body lotion and purchased 2x soaps
All full size and gorgeous

Apart from the lbm body wash being the 100ml version (which they have sorted) everything else is as it should be and I'm very happy. Just waiting for one paid for item to arrive. (Plus the replacement body washes)

Their customer service dept were excellent when I phoned, no quibbles about sending a replacement at all.

Mine finally arrived, full size freebie body wash and the oak and hazelnut freebie for my second order that I couldn’t resist Blush. Although I’m pregnant and have aversions to pretty much all smells I’m liking it, reminds me a lot of the Terre d’Hermes fragrance. Want to know what it layers nicely with and really want to try the oak and red currant now! I think it’s a really great offer and worth waiting for. Hope they do it again.

My paid for candle arrived today - with matches and white ribbon. Last time I had their matches none of them worked!

I prefer the freebie ribbon! I have a small black dot by the barcode on the underside of my freebie candle. I’m not passing it on, it’s for me and I’ve already lit it - love it - but thought I’d test and the dot comes off easily with nail varnish remover.....

@willswife Wish my markings were small! I have 3 - one on the front label, one on the bottle and then one on the back label! Looks really grotty and like it's fallen off the back of a lorry!
I'll wait and see what they say before trying nail varnish remover @taffeta

And another customer that has just received a freebie 100ml LBM hand / body wash instead of what is shown on my e-mail confirmation, a picture of a full size 250ml one with the pump. Will get in touch with Customer Services, as IMO this is a bit naughty and misleading. Surely they should be concerned about the fallout from this leading to reputational damage and possibly adverse coverage in the DMAIL??!

In all fairness when you get in touch they will put it right straight away. The small ones were also in the offer so I think it may be a genuine mix up. They also let you keep the small one.

So apparently my two candles have been held up for a security check??! I've just phoned JM to have a moan that they haven't arrived yet but it's allegedly Yodel who are holding things up. SURPRISE.

The lady on the phone was lovely and I did explain that I wasn't ranting at her. When you order from a decent brand it's such a shame when they use incompetent shitweasels like Yodel.
