Lapin, I think there's a market for some of these slogans on the MfM bags...

Feck me, mine actually sold at £95

hayes · 25/04/2007 16:13

go to Body Shop and buy a Bag of Passion they cost £3 and are a good size. The proceeds go to Community Trade projects.

be more original than those silly cows who were queuing up at silly o clock this morning to get one

NuttyMuffins · 25/04/2007 16:14

I can't believe people queued up for one, it's so plain and boring looking.

aDad · 25/04/2007 16:16

Wish I had waited until today to sell mine! but hey-ho.

omg I heard about this on the radio, I wish I had got some - £100 on ebay!!!
Mine is a lurid orange carrefour one that cost me about 2 euros I think. It's jsut handy because it folds up into my handbag.

Porcupine · 25/04/2007 17:31

the onyl good hting baout those bags is thta now maybe it wil be cool to reuse normal bags rahter than using plastic ones

kind of liek a string bag fashion revival

beckybrastraps · 25/04/2007 17:33

I'm afraid I may openly laugh.

But I am feeling rude and intolerant ATM...

willywonka · 25/04/2007 17:41

Don't personally dislike the bags but reckon there's a market for specially designed t-shirts with a special plastic pocket in which people can display their Sainsburys receipt, in an attempt to prove that they only paid a fiver and avoid mass humiliation...

weepootleflump · 25/04/2007 18:08

I saw them in mags and thought they were horrible but since sainsburys is opposite my house thought I'd get one anyway - in case they sold well on ebay.

I waited for 15 minutes and I'm not selling it - I love it - it's so much nicer in the flesh.

Housemum · 25/04/2007 18:42

So when will the Cropper Shopper (as modelled on Corrie) have its fashion moment then - he's been using it for YEARS!

Cloudhopper · 25/04/2007 18:46

Surely this can't be serious?

anya hindmarsh bag going for waaaay too much money

Cloudhopper · 25/04/2007 18:49

Sorry - just read the other thread and realised I am way behind the times here.

Emperor's new clothes anyone?

treacletart · 25/04/2007 19:10
