Hi Everyone

Could do with some advice I really want to get one of these when they go on sale tomorrow. I love the bag but really object to paying a ridiculous price on ebay!

What I was wondering is if I am being completely naive in thinking that if I get there at 8 when the shop opens that I may have a chance at getting one? Or is there going to be 50 women queuing from some silly time. I know theres only 30 per store and my local one is getting some so just wondering if there are any ladies out there who might have an idea?!

Thanks for reading and i'll let you know if I get one! Although if I have to queue from 6am I won't bother lol

i ve just read that apparently they are doing a blue one for the usa and a green one for japan but they are not going on sale in the uk

Can't decide whether to go or not, I just rang my local stoire and they said there has bee quite abit of interest and they have set aside a queue area at customer service.

Probably see how I feel in the morning, DH would have to drop me there on the way too work and then I would find my own way home.

Hhmmmmmmmm just can't decide

good luck ladies!!!!!! I've got fingers and toes crossed for all of you!!!! And d'you what, the queueing and the whole experience of it is a lot of fun. Hubby queued overnight for a hoody once (Bathing Ape again). He loved it, and when you get what you've been waiting for it's worth it (and it's something funny to tell your kids when they get older and look at you like you did what?, for that?!?!)
I'll speak to you later on Redhot, DH is out practising being a rock star tonight (bless!) so I'll be all yours all night!!! ha ha ha

btw, dh just spoke to his friend who was going to a sainsburys in London at 7.30 this morning on his way to college and there were overnight queues!!!!!! So his girlfriend doesn't have one

Would be interested to knwo if any of you got a bag. I've just got back from my local sainsburys after arriving at about 7.15 to find that people had been there since 5am and they all got tickets to get a bag. We have 2 stores in our town and both were "sold out" by 5.30. More miffed at giving up a lie-n than not getting the bag though!

blimey! overnight! since 5am! It really isn't worth it.

I wonder how many of those queueing are doing it just to sell them on?

rather pissed off as our local store had tickets at 7am iarrived at 7.15 to be told they had all gone , however while doing some shopping around the store dp and i over heard staff saying that they had got a ticket and that they were going to ebay the bag later.

so the bag that went on sale at 8am actully went on sale at 7am, i even phoned my store and was told that raffle tickets were being done at 8am when the bag went on sale.

i am really not pleased .
did anyone get one??????????????? or was it just staff???????????????????????

There were only 30 per store. I would imagine that staff would get first crack at them seeing as they'd be there. I don't think any more are being made either. I was going to try to get my friend one but shant bother now.

redhot, that's a shame! I'll keep an eye out on ebay whilst you're on your hols and see how they drop down in price. (They will you know, I'm a seasoned ebay addict and I'm telling you now, they will go cheap after a couple of weeks or so !!!).

Autumnlover (who has one already) says they will be selling more on the website (see further down for link) later on in the summer. I think it's out of order when staff get first dibs, they are paid to be there, not like the normal folk that have spent ages waiting in the drizzle!

Didn't get one, got there at 7.30 about 100 women in the queue didn't even bother getting out the car!
