There's still a half price 10 and 12 on selfridges btw

So... I bought my 12 online at selfridges. What are my chances of swapping it for a 14 in store when it's fully back in stock/full price there again? Slim to none?

I went in to a store today to try on leather jackets and discovered they had loads of Bales at full price.

The good news is that the 12 was the right size for me according to the guy in the shop so hopefully I won't have to send the one I have ordere back to selfridges.

John Lewis has 2 size 12s in stock. I'm still searching for a 10!!

Complete madness. I checked John Lewis first and it was out of stock. So ordered from Selfridges. Then checked the thread for an update and the size 12 appeared as a previous poster said!

So I've ordered it from JL and cancelled the Selfridges order as returns are easier with JL.

I hope I don't return though. Just not sure a 12 will fit. 😁

Susimoo you're very welcome. Seven201 I've tried ordering the 10 from Selfridges and John Lewis. Both are saying it's in stock but when I try to order they show as being out of stock 😤😤

Just nipping back to say I absolutely love this jacket - and cannot wait to wear it out for the first time in a couple of weeks .
You know when you buy something and you can just tell it will get worn to death !

Mine isn't making its debut today with jeans, flat knee length boots, jumper, scarf and crossover bag.
I absolutely love this jacket! It is a lot warmer than I thought it would be although it's reasonably mild today. I have my bobble hat and gloves if it gets colder later.

Thank you! Yes, mine is the size 10 - it is slightly snug if I do it up but not planning on wearing it like that anyway and if I did, I'd put the scarf outside to cover up the snugness!

I am sticking with my 12 I think chloe, I wore it out again last night and got loads of compliments. If you didn’t tell me the size I’d think mine was perfect fit, it’s only the stretch thing that’s at the back of my mind....

Yay 😊. My size 10 has been dispatched from All Saints. I have a 12 from John Lewis but think it maybe a little too big if it stretches. I lost half a stone very slowly over the last few months with another half stone to go.

I told a friend I had ordered one and she suggested I mimght be too old to wear one at 49!! 😤

Crazy8 I'm 50 and my size 12 arrived yesterday. It's such a beautiful jacket! I suggest you keep the jacket and drop the friend......

I wear one and I'm 58! Only ever had compliments. Biker jackets are not age specific.

Biker jackets are for all ages as they're classic and timeless. And so versatile to wear with almost everything, that's the beauty of them.
I'm 40 and I'll be wearing it into my 50's and beyond!

I managed to order both a 10 and 12 from John Lewis by checking back a few times, though I did have to get them in separate orders. Waiting for them to arrive now. I am a lot less willowy then most people who've posted photos so fingers crossed that one of them works after all the hassle!!

I have accepted that I will not find a 14 at half price so I'm going to keep my 12 and have just joined swimming world online so that I can fit in it one day!
