Face mask is lovely - smells divine. Have it on now. I also have a horrible swollen spot on my chin, so let's see if it helps that!

I liked the banana powder, I used it liberally where I put concealer, allowed 10 mins and then swept off the excess.

I also liked the primer too, texture good and makeup lasted well.

Only major "miss" was the scalp detox.

The bits I won't use are micellar water, the tan, the hair product - I have given to friends,.

I adore the smell of the face mask. I can't wait to use it, I'm waiting for the new year.
Not really keen on the powder, but I find powder messy and don't use it.

I wore my lipstick and eyeliner today and both were beautiful.

Hmm I'm about to apply the mask but the bottom of the pot says apply and massage till white then leave on for 10-20 minutes, however the website itself says apply and leave on for 10-20 minutes then massage till it turns white (.you should start at 10 if you have sensitive skin)! Which way around do I do?! What did you all do?

It makes sense to activate the ingredients at the start but it's the way it says sensitive skin should start at 10 that has me confused. I can read it two ways! I'm guessing they mean activate at the start unless you have sensitive skin rather than sensitive skins only leaving it on for 10 mins and both activating near the end. I'm too tired, should have looked at it earlier!

snowflakestar · 10/12/2017 20:59

Actually the lookfanstastic site is much clearer. It says let it dry before massaging it into the skin. And just leave it for a few minutes after it turns white!

I read the lookfantastic directions wrong - it says let your face dry before applying (told you I'm too tired!) but I'm still not sure.

woofmiaowwoof · 10/12/2017 21:14

Just found this - quite pleased so far although agree the tanning thing wasn’t quite right. I’ve tried that mask before and really liked it.

snowflakestar · 10/12/2017 21:19

Ignore me. I've put it on and it turned white instantly anyway. Apologies for all the posts!

Strawberryfield12 · 10/12/2017 21:24

Is everybody else having only have a tube of the mask? Had this in last year’s Liberty one, but it was full to the brim. Now wondering if that’s how it should be to keep AC affordable or ...

snowflakestar · 10/12/2017 21:51

It says 10ml so I'd say that's about right (based on how small 15ml tubes of products are).

Thumbs up for the mask from me. Although my forehead is slightly red.

I don't think I'd buy full size though because the pot says use within 3 months and I don't think I would use much during that time. I know it's just a guideline but I once had a full size pot of an omorovicza mask which was amazing but one day I opened it and it had gone almost mouldy looking. I'd only used it a handful of times so now I'm worried about other expensive masks in pots doing the same (luckily I'd been given it to review so I wasn't too annoyed).

Jaimx86 · 11/12/2017 07:11

Happy with today's - will be a nice treat to use over Christmas.

snowflakestar · 11/12/2017 08:13

Happy with today's. I will use it in the bath so I'll have to save it until I'm allowed to have one again. Honestly though, I've tried lots of the scents in the past (including this) and while they smell lovely in the bottle I've always been a little disappointed with how subtle the scent is in the bath. And I don't scrimp on amount used either. But I do love bath products and this is a nice brand so I'm happy.

snowflakestar · 11/12/2017 08:34

And my skin is glowing after the mask last night so I'm very impressed with it.

caggie09 · 11/12/2017 08:43

I still have half a bottle of Molton Brown from last years ASOS calendar. This one smells nicer, and ill use it as a bubble bath instead of Shower gelSmile

Moodykat · 11/12/2017 10:01

I love this shower gel! Used to have it many moons ago and one sniff this morning and I was transported back! Very happy.

Annabelle4 · 11/12/2017 10:37

So happy with today's.

This advent calendar has to be the best value surely? Most of the products are full sized or close to it.

BringMeTea · 11/12/2017 11:23

I have been converted to soap but as pp say it will do for the bath! Honestly this is better than last year’s Liberty.

woofmiaowwoof · 11/12/2017 11:33

pleased here too - love molton brown. Back in the day I used to be able to spend Amex points on it, but I don't still have that job.

Zippea · 11/12/2017 16:22

I loved the face mask and I do like the Molton Brown shower gel. The only miss so far for me, was the tanning thing (I’m super pale)

problembottom · 11/12/2017 16:37

Very happy with today’s as is DP, no decent shower gel in this hotel!

MaccaPaccaismyNemesis · 11/12/2017 17:42

Happy with the MB, it smells lovely.

snowflakestar · 12/12/2017 08:28

Very happy with today's, I like trying different moisturisers and I like Caudalie. I've just tried it and it's very light, possibly too light for me at this time of year but from the description it sounds like it's just what my skin needs after trying so many new products in such a short space of time (though my skin is looking good for it) Grin

caggie09 · 12/12/2017 08:32

Ohh like this morning, a creme sorbet moisturiser! Ive tried it out this morning already and i like it, i just need a thick cream for my dry skin at the mo! Will stash it until summerSmile

kmmr · 12/12/2017 08:47

Used the primer, lippy and micellar water today so far. I've never had much luck with micellar water so I'd kind of ignored it, but it's actually lovely. Skin feels very fresh.
I might do the mask tonight.
(I'm in Australia, so we are at evening already)

woofmiaowwoof · 12/12/2017 10:17

happy with this too - agree, it's a good extra moisturizer for top ups - find the heating dries my skin this time of year.
