Hush new collection - we're loving it so much we need a new thread!

I thought I'd start a new thread since we bought so much stuff we filled up the old one! Who's coming with me?

Gertie I ordered it in a size smaller as the reviews said to size down but it was too small. Gorgeous leather and colour but way too cropped for me.

Oh I feared it may be cropped!

Although I do quite like cropped as I’m a typical Hush ‘layerer’

I am 5ft 5 but in all honesty it may have looked better if I had got the 12 rather than the 10. I am a 12 although sometimes a 10.

Same height as me 😊

Gertie, I bought the Onyx leather jacket in grey, then sent it back! I did like it, but I just didn't love it enough on me to be happy to spend £300 on it. I sized down to a size 10, and wondered whether I could have gone to a size 8. It felt nice and relatively neat though. I liked that it was cropped, and I thought it would look good with lovely jumpers / scarves etc. I also worried that I'd be really paranoid about damaging it since it was so expensive 😄. I think the colour was nice, and less harsh / a bit different than black.

Just to add, I was frustrated that in all of the photos on the hush website, the models were wearing the jacket rucked up at the sleeves. Do people even do that? I tried it when I was wearing it, and it was too hard to do, even though the leather was lovely and soft .

I have the all saints bales jacket instead. Lovely jacket. Less hardware and very very soft and durable.

I don’t wear black at all so it’s the colour that’s drawing me to it. I have a soft taupe/brown biker I live in that is still lovely but now very ‘distressed’ so would like another.

I’ve just had a bonus so looking to treat myself. I agree about only keeping if you love it though.

Does the All Saints only come in black neveradullmoment99?

Unfortunately I think it does only come in black. Not sure if they have different styles in other colours though. Worth checking out.

Gertie, I think the Bales only comes in black. I love it, I think I might order it. Never, have you any idea about sizing? I'm a 10/12, probably more towards a 10. And do you really think it has less metal bits than the Onyx?

I ordered the grey Hush Oynx jacket but had too many studs for me. I went for the All Saints Bales instead and much prefer it. So soft and much more subtle. Definitely size down!

The Coniston in brown is beautiful looking.

I bought my normal size in the bales and its fine. I suppose it depends upon your chest size. I am a 32E so needed my normal size 12.

I'm really tempted. I'm pretty small chested, so I think a 10 will be fine.

Well ordered the nana jumper in xs and small in the grey. Got the 10% off sale items with it so got some reduction. Also wanted to compare with the hush knitted dress in camel but I will be keeping one or the other as I have spent loads in their sale and really need to stop. Also want to see what there is tomorrow. Quite excited about the spring collection. Hope they do a 10% off. Parcel arrives tomorrow so looking forward to seeing the jumper.

Yes, am holding fire now for a discount code and the spring collection. I'm wearing my puffed sleeves tunic today. With red lipstick. I shall go to hell.

I have my amie joggers on today, longline vest from years ago [ still hush but with holes now!!!] star raglan. Very comfy.

Green Nana on today over leggings and a black jersey double layer mini -H&M and one of my best buys from a couple of years ago .. i wear it far more than the Hush ruched skirt.

Laska I rarely wear the hush ruched skirt. Not sure why as well. I also have the ruched dress and rarely wear that too.
It sounds like a really nice outfit. I am being a bit of a slob today. Off work and just lounging around! Trying to sort out my endless washing pile!!!!
