Hush new collection - we're loving it so much we need a new thread!

I thought I'd start a new thread since we bought so much stuff we filled up the old one! Who's coming with me?

I have also been to sales like this. It is quite a lesson in human behaviour!!!

...and home. And tea. So, haul includes Star Pyjamas in midnight/jade, Venice Beach Dress in black, Marina skirt in black, Fearne dress in black, long ‘Good Night John Boy’ sweatshirt/tshirt in grey, Raglan tee in red, white tee, gret tee with blue metallic stripes, grey tee with fox, Camberwell shirt in olive and Yasmin dress in midnight/gold.

Sounds like you got loads of really great things for the price :)

New curtains for lounge.. I love them..
Had a look on Amazon at the £10 offer but all I need doesnt qualfy.
(Unless I buy the Northface coat I was thinking of and thats £100 . )

Ha ha Laska this is the same pattern we have on duvet cover. Love it too. (Though not at all hush!!).

Hee hee putty We've also got the cushions .. now need to paint the walls..

So I am massively over excited because I snagged some black leather leggings for £100! Also lovely t shirts for £5 each and a whole load of swag for my sis whose birthday is soon. I had the best time!!

Well, it confirmed for me that I really like a select few Hush pieces (I have a star sweatshirt and big blue/green scarf I love) but the rest aren’t for me (don’t appeal or don’t suit). I thoroughly enjoyed having a good old rummage and came away with a bright blue sundress and a red boucle miniskirt (£15 and £10 respectively) that I’m very happy with.

I was there just after it opened this morning, and nipped back again at lunchtime (my office is next door) just to see if there was anything new - but by lunchtime it really looked like a jumble sale, although it was much quieter. First thing this morning was so busy but everyone was very polite and there were no sharp elbows!

Interesting to see what they clearly had a major surplus of - a huge pile of koi carp t-shirts, loads of Lily dresses, lots of playsuits, and yes, lots of black!

Plenty of small sizes, loads of size 16 and XL but not many 14/L, but maybe I only thought that because those were the sizes I was looking for.

I enjoyed it though - good fun hunting for a bargain, I was full of adrenaline by the time I sat down at my desk

I imagine we will see more Hush things on ebay in the next few days...

Laska, I think I'm going to keep the yellow Vickie - sorry! It's such an unusual colour for me, I think it's an opportunity to experiment with it in a (relatively) low cost way.

No problem at all cherries, but thanks . It's great to try new styles and colours ...it sounded like it really suits you from what your DH says..

I really need to not buy any more sale stuff anyway ..

Its a lovely bright day here - bit of sun at last ..though it may not stay out long .. I have a yellow striped top on that I bought the other day .(but nothing Hush today!). Cherries I hope you are wearing your sunny jumper

I could no longer resist the long length of the harems, it's been a long time coming and I wanted them for this weekend.

Also ordered the star jeans, but I suspect they'll not suit my pear-shape and go back - love them though, so thought I'd try.

I love the star jeans also but am tying to lose a couple of stone right now....

Jeans are the one thing from Hush that I just can't wear. Have tried various pairs over the autumn, but needed a 14 for the waist, but then they had a horribly baggy bit across the front of my thighs. Laska, I am wearing it today with Hush navy harems and trainers :). If we go to the sample sale next year we will need to coordinate outfits, or you, Never and me will look like a set of overgrown Hush triplets!

Well I had ordered the zig zag scarf. It was lovely but have sent it back as it is too similar to the love scarf when I was all wrapped up in it. Lovely though but too close. I did order a couple of things more . Nothing terribly exciting just the amie joggers in xs as the small were huge and bagged out round my tummy and thighs. The xs were perfect and the star raglan which is lovely - a bit sloppy but I just know will sell out and never be back.
Not sure about the star jeans tbh. Loved the shorts and never ordered them so if they come back I will probably buy them for summer. The bf jeans, not sure why I am not that keen for them.

I have quite a few hush jeans. Mostly the skinny ones that give me a much better hip shape. I have 3 pairs of hush skinny black faded jeans [ crop ones and two long. One was black and now seriously faded and they all now just look the same colour ] I have 3 pairs of bf jeans - a very light pair that I got last year. A black pair and a mid blue pair but they are all for the summer as I don't do freezing ankles.

Wish hush would do there 10% and also add a little more new stock. [ Or maybe my bank balance wouldn't!!] There is really nothing more that I want atm so am prepared to wait until the offer now.

Can i wear the Hush Ivy dress if I'm short and chunky or will the oversize thing make me look worse?

playmobil its not too long on me.. about 5in above knee i'm 5'5 , but go for the small or xs , ( no really! )

I went to the same sale today. It was a bit mad but I got a pair of flannel pyjamas, the Venice dress, leather miniskirt and burgundy leather leggings for the princely sum of £180! No change rooms there but anything that doesn't fit will fetch good money on eBay.
