Is my hair orange? Honest opinions please

Had my hair coloured today - I wanted a copper colour but it’s just so fucking bright!

I was blonde so it’s possibly just going to take some getting used to? Or is it just orange and I’m trying to humour myself

It's orange -but then I went for highlights and came out with green hair so I can't talk

It's new and in full sun -it will calm down

It's bright copper and it's lovely. Will look brightest in bright daylight, I think, which is what you've taken the photo in.

It's a vibrant copper, it's nice! If you've just had it done you probably need a few days to get used to it. 🙂

I do like it, it’s just a bit fucking lot more in your face than I was after. I wanted more of a copper with a brown undertone. More natural (I’m well aware it’s anything other than natural )

I don’t hate it. I’m just a bit disappointed. Toying with the idea of trying to fix it myself or seeing if the brightness settles after a few washes

Lovely! I would love that colour but my hair is too dark.

It's a beautiful colour! Mine natural used to be like that but faded as I got older. Enjoy it! Some of the brightness will probably lessen within a couple of weeks, as most red shades do fade.

It will wash up a lot lighter tho. Try and get hold of some joico coloured shampoo, they do an orange one. Will keep it looking fresh between visits.

I do think I will prefer it when the brightness fades, I’m quite luminous at the moment 

@acornsandnuts I thought my make up was looking quite good today haha covered my face and cropped the picture as massively identifying background but didn’t consider my massively identifying orange head

Oo, that's nice, it'll die down (no pun intended) after a few washes and will lose a bit of its vibrancy. Red tones are notorious for this and I know from experience.
