Is my hair orange? Honest opinions please

Had my hair coloured today - I wanted a copper colour but it’s just so fucking bright!

I was blonde so it’s possibly just going to take some getting used to? Or is it just orange and I’m trying to humour myself

Well, yes it is of orange but in a gorgeous, can't stop staring at it, kind of way.

I think it's nicer than the colour you wanted.

It's fabulous, but yes it's a vibrant orangey copper. If you're not keen after wearing it for a while, you could have a few very fine light brown lowlights put through to dampen down and break up the orange-ness.

As your hair was blonde before I think it'll go faded orange, ie lighter, over time. When you next have it done you can choose a richer deeper copper and it will take better and with more depth, as your blonde hair is already coloured from this time round.

But it looks fab as it is 🙂

@StarHeartDiamond Thank you for the advice. It’s not that I hate it in a ‘get this off my head right now’ kind of way. It’s just not the deep, rich kind of colour I was looking for. Its a pretty colour that I would think looked fab on someone else but a bit too vibrant for me

Is your hair blonde? That other picture you showed looked like it started brown. It's hard to get really rich on blonde without almost dying it brown too.
