Jo Malone giveaway - anyone know why?!

Got a free 100ml bottle of Basil & Neroli and a free home candle today with two purchases. So did most of my friends. Anyone else? Anyone know why?

The Velvet Rose and Oud scent is gorgeous. For my wedding I had the cologne intense of that layered over Pomegranate Noir body creme - I smelled so edible! It's a very 'grown up' Rose scent - almost masculine, not Turkish delighty or powdery. I don't like their Red Roses scent but this is nothing like that. (I did like their Tudor Rose and Amber limited edition scent some time back but this is more sophisticated somehow).

Ordered myself a small Peony and Blush Suede cologne to go with my favourite English Pear and Freesia, got a Basil and Neroli cologne with that, and now got the English Pear and Freesia body wash and picked up the Velvet Rose and Oud Body Cream. Somebody tear me away from the site, I love the stuff on there way too much!

That sounds good, it's that 'old lady rose' powdery smell I don't like from rose...might be worth the risk, not like I'll ever get the chance to get it again at £60!

The body creme is coming up again and again if anyone wants it.

Ha foodie love it! I can imagine that myself - I need to remember that in reality I will soon have three kids 4 and under and will be far removed from 'sophisticated'. However if I ever do get 5 mins to myself I can smother myself in body creme and dream of a time when they have all left home.... I'm tempted!

I just wonder if they will do this again in the future? Maybe before Christmas? Hmmm. Do we know it's definitely over tomorrow?

I just got a neroli cologne come up again.... not sure whether to risk losing it and try again....

I wonder if you can take the freebie (which is boxed) to a store and exchange for a different item??

Thanks you lot- 4 purchases made here, have picked up the rose velvet crème, B&N 30ml x 2 and B&N body and hand wash. One of my actual purchases is a red roses candle for an 80th birthday present, the rest might all be for me. Hoping they all arrive during the week as I work from home and can sneak them into the house.

As a freebie- that was my first order and I've not seen it since. Just had an email to say 3 of my orders have been dispatched- yay!

I'm trying to get a candle for a teacher gift! Has anyone won one recently? My order will hopefully arrive tomorrow, got to resist ripping it open before my birthday next week!

I've used this as an excuse to buy the pomegranate noir cologne that I've wanted for ages and got a free 30ml basil neroli cologne. I've no idea if I'll like it but worth a try and I know I love the pomegranate!

My stuff hadn't arrived when I left for work at 12 and I only have two teenagers in the house to listen out for the door knock to rely on! If I go home to a note I'll not be happy!

@organixeveryday I've got it and it's luuurvley. It goes milky in the water - I think they use French blooming oils - and it smells gorgeous

All I'm getting is engraving now. I wonder if the Basil Well has finally run dry?
