Omg guys look what I bought!!
It's brown (well, oxblood red apparently) and not black like I'd originally wanted, but I think that may be kinder on my skin tone anyway and gives me the excuse to buy a black one at a later point.

As you can see it's quite snug at the moment, especially when done up, but that will keep me motivated to lose that stone Here's the best part: it was only £133 (had been reduced to £190 from £380 but I got an extra 30% off). So I bought this Superdry summer dress as well while I was at it; still stayed well under budget!

I'm not usually a fan of the brown leather look, but it's dark enough that it works. Also, that colour compliments your hair/complexion.

Thanks Phyllis Yes, natural redhead as you might guess by my snow white skin, it's more auburn than ginger but still red Black is often a bit harsh on me, that's why I'm really pleased with my find.

I love my black AllSaints Bales jacket. It's beautiful. I bought it about 18 months ago, when they were still £298. I also have an Obika which is khaki - I do not love it. Too much material/flappy stuff around the front. I'm making it my next item on eBay.

Funnily enough, Superdry do some cracking leather jackets for women.

Personally, I don't think a biker jacket (am talking 'fashion' bikers, not full on Hell for leather astride a bike bikers) should ever be fastened.

Been looking on eBay .... some all saints ones at good starting bids :) esp smaller sizes ....
