Are these shoes hideous?

Hello All

Am returning to work soon-ish from ML. I used to wear high heels no problem but since DD has been born I've lost the ability to walk in them I ordered these online out of curiousity and they arrived today.

I envisage wearing them witj slim fitting black ankle grazer trousers. They might also possibly go with black opaques.

All my work clothes are still up in the attic so I've only tried them on with skinny jeans. They actually looked quite nice with ankle skinnies but I can't imagine I'll wear them with those.

Will I be thinking I look quite chic but people will be secretly sniggering thinking I look like Miss Marple?

Feel like I've lost my style mojo a bit since DD has been born so I would appreciate your thoughts. You can be brutally honest

Theiye the same shape and heel
As current Gucci ones (and topshop dupes) so they're actually pretty fashionable if that means anything to you. If you like them then keep them I think they would look good with slim ankle grazer trousers

The Queen is an absolute style icon, so anything g referencing her look is very, very cool. That said, I don't like the snaffle but that's just me.

I reckon if you wear them with confidence you will have people thinking 'wow, not that is a woman who can carry off a look'.

Or you could always go for kitten heels. They are coming back again, I hear .

Loafers are v fashionable right now. They look like (good!) imitations of what Gucci put out in A/W16.

I like them. I considered getting similar in silver. But I do like a flamboyant shoe!

Shout I did get these last week (much to the disgust of a lot of people on this thread probably ) Though I think due to the white sole they'll be more suitable for casual rather than work.

Other than trainers and beach holiday sandals I've never really done flats before so I feel a bit out of my style comfort zone trying to find nice but comfortable shoes

They do look a bit less saga holiday in RL with jeans. Honestly

The white sole makes them look a bit 'disco staff nurse'.

They're chunkier in RL and it is a bit of a shite photo. They weren't expensive so will do for days when I don't want to wear adidas yet again.

Have just taken a photo of me with them on. I don't think they're chunky enough to be considered cool. It does look like I'm ready to board a cruise ship Ah well, too late to take these ones back now so I will wear them sometimes.

I'm OK with the rest of my wardrobe but have clearly lost the plot and all sense of taste when it comes to my feet

I do still like the concept of heeled tasseled loafers though
