blingy why don't you get it to try it and see whether you love it enough to have it in your wardrobe until you can wear it. Or on the other hand you may hate it and at least that stops you thinking about it.
Sounds like a good night dry

Just been cycling. It's made my neck muscles seize up again. Sitting here with ice packs on.

tee for shop

MarshaBrady · 19/02/2017 12:00

Blingy I think you should order it and see what you think.

That pic is just a cross in a box on my Mac

shopafrolic · 19/02/2017 12:47

PMSL Marsha at the meaning of no monkeys. 🙉
I saw a fab cobalt blue swimsuit on NaP and Matches but the price difference between sites was £25 Shock
Ordered the black Boden one with the 20% off as my orange one has held up so well.
Blingy if it is classic go for it. If not, step away.

That tee is a fabulous colour QueenC

The rainbow costume was certainly bright queenc, not sure about that bear one though Hmm

Glad you had a good night dry and the dishes weren't too bad.

blingy as marsha and dry have already said, why don't you order the dress and see how you feel when you try it on. I'm a big believer in ordering stuff when in doubt, as having the item in the flesh often sways you one way or the other and it's so much better than just dwelling on it. Lovely bling choices today.

We went to Portsmouth and had a mooch round the outlet shopping place. It's mainly high st / high end high street brands but is quite good. I didn't get anything as a) I don't need anything and b) shopping with DH and the DC isn't the most fun. I think DD is a voguette in training or junior voguette, as she was loving looking round the shops and was drawn to everything that sparkled! Smile

Squeeee just booked lovely beach UK holiday break for April with the inlaws, and then hoping to confirm a July holiday to Mexico tomorrow 😀

Holiday plans sound great Shop I have a couple of B0den swimsuits but not the one you linked, mine are from last year they fit and look good but I only wear mine on holiday and not for proper swimming.

Blingy lovely to hear you're getting out and about, hope each day feels better for you. Re: dress same advice as the others, buy it, try it and then decide, hopefully you'll love it and there'll be an occasion where you can wear it.

Lucked · 19/02/2017 22:54

Bit of an occasional lurker here.

I remember someone (not sure who) was looking for a wool bomber and I came across this orange massimo dutti one in 80% wool.

shopafrolic · 19/02/2017 22:59

That's Hopefully Lucked :)
some surprisingly good bits here incl a 3/4 length flared sleeve for those who don't mind MMF.

Morning Voguettes. Back to school day! I'm a tiny bit relieved - we've had a fab week but nice to get back to a routine.
DH ordered me this new MK tote last night. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's perfect.
Am currently in pilates gear so no style news to report. Have fab days all.

Lovely bag shop and very subtle branding for MK. Holidays sound fab. I went to Mexico a few six years ago and loved it.

Meant to say blair that the TB dress looks fab.

Another work trip. Am wearing the black warehouse trousers with a black and gold top and long black cardi, these trousers are so comfy to fly in!

Have a good Monday voguettes!

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 20/02/2017 12:59

hello all

bag looks fab shop hope it's perfect for you

blingy i'm glad you're getting out and about more now, cabin fever is awful and it's so so dull and boring to be stuck indoors all the time. I know there's plenty to be done indoors but you stop wanting to do any of it when you really can't get out and about!

HAd a really nice day yesterday, toddled off to one of the museums and then to the comic book store. managed to stop by primark and get the jumper that i wanted so i'm happy with that. Hopefully we will be going to visit the cat one day next weekend which will be good because i miss the furry terror!

Drywhitethanks · 20/02/2017 19:23

Amber you're in Peaky Blinders!!!! And looking awesome in the 1920s clothes!

maradesbois · 20/02/2017 19:31

Coucou!

Have been away for too long to catch up, tried to have a quick look but got confused by all the gin and monkeys so just going to jump back in from here.

Haven't bought a thing for weeks until today and felt the urge to share my outnet order with those of like mind! Feel desperately short on clothes at the moment, particularly need to update lots of basics but the following should help:

Maison Michel hat Love this brand and been after a hat for ages. Did my homework before ordering, went into the store to try everything on so I know that this one is the right shape for me.

equipment shirt

jeans

Am loving so many things in the ss collections right now but trying to be sensible and fill gaps before seriously considering less essential items like this baby by Vivetta which is top of my wish list.

Back soon and promise to re-engage with the thread in a less self-centred manner!

AmberNectarine · 20/02/2017 20:05

Who am I Dry?

littleredlipstick · 20/02/2017 20:16

Evening everyone just catching up with the thread and links. First day of annual leave and feeling worn out from rushing round all last week making sure everything is done before I left!

Going to Bath tomorrow never been so looking forward to a wander round.

So need your help now voguettes I bought some jimmy choo ankle boots last year and have no idea how to wear them. Would love to wear them with something else apart from jeans any ideas very great fully received

May, looks just like you....stunning woman, Tom Hardy's wife IRL......

AmberNectarine · 20/02/2017 21:43

Time for an eye test Dry? I can slightly see it. I look like a picture a drunk person drew of her.

AmberNectarine · 20/02/2017 21:44

DH doesn't look like Tom Hardy, but he doesn't do it for me anyway.

libertydoddle · 20/02/2017 22:16

Great hat Mara. I can see that looking fantastic on you.

littlered I don't feel I know your style/shape that well yet so hard to recommend...I could see them with leather leggings maybe and an oversized jumper but probably only if you are tall.

One sounds like you are getting into the swing of big city life Smile

Everyone hope your trip today went well.

Had to Google May in Peaky Blinders - deffo a look of our lovely amber about her.

And just to note, I am half way through my 10 week no spend and haven't yielded to temptation yet . My secret 'maybe' pin board is rather full though Grin

libertydoddle · 20/02/2017 22:25

Good bag shopping Shop, that looks very useful and chic.

Welcome lucked. That's a really nice jacket. I'm off to browse MD now, haven't looked at it for a while.

littleredlipstick · 20/02/2017 22:26

Lib 5ft 3in quite busty curves and slightly over weight ATM just working the pounds off. Legs are slim so usually in skinny jeans or in straight leg trousers.

I wish I had bought them in the darker colour (think it was blue) but I have a few pairs of black/grey boots so thought the lighter colour would be a nice change.

Drywhitethanks · 20/02/2017 22:30

If you have slim legs wear them with a mini and opaques Littlered

queencerulean · 21/02/2017 08:25

Love the hat mara
littlered I'm not sure how you'd style the boots either. You could try opaque s as dry suggested but what colour would you go for?

I'm so bored of my clothing choices at the moment. I love everything but because of the weather I just seem to be stuck in the same old jeans/cords and boots. I'd love to wear my trousers but have no shoes/boots that go with them. I'm considering trying brogues again. Tried them before and wasn't sure but I can really see how they could work between boots and ballet flats.

shopafrolic · 21/02/2017 09:46

littlered I had a search on Pin for those boots and the only styling pics I could find were with skinny jeans with a gap between jean and boot (although the boot in the pic looked to be cut a little lower), or with opaques and a short skirt. scroll down the page and there are a couple of pics
QueenC I hear you on the outfit boredom. I am so over skinnies and sweaters (she says wearing black skinnies and grey giraffe print Whistles sweater). Trinny did a bit about brogues yesterday on her FB live but they were more of a platform type - she recommended Cos, Zara and Dune for High Street ones.....
To be honest I'm not feeling that inspired for Spring either - am wondering about getting a dark denim dress..........
Mara lovely to have you back - that hat looks fab - I love a hat and still lust after this one from Laird every time I am in Covent Garden
Lib awesome job on the no spend.
