Blimey, I am in my 40s and my bra straps sink into my shoulders - it is because of fat, not age. (Not suggesting you are fat OP - just if you have a any layer of excess, your bra straps will find it!)

This is a really horrible thread. I hope it was posted by the OP (though where the hell is she, if so?) but it just seems to offer the chance to be ripped apart.

When I say older ladies shoulders, I mean they have that narrowed look that you sometimes see on older women and fat isn't as firm as it used to be, which causes thin straps to sink in a bit.
I know very slim older people who have this problem.
It's not always because a person is overweight.
