I'm looking for one of the threads for general S&B self-improvement threads, a bit like the princess ones there used to be.

For the record I'm planning to cut out alcohol completely for a while. I have a social thing tomorrow where I'll probably have a glass of wine or two but after that will cut out. Also doing as much yoga as I can to tone up a bit (finding inner leave along the way would be lovely too).

Does anyone know if there are any threads like this running atm?

I've worked out 6 days a week since 1st September (managed a whole Ripped in 30 month and have been doing various workout since). When I started I had 2 "back fat" rolls and now I have none!

This has really helped my skin and the way my existing clothes fit.

Temporary setbacks are pretty normal, did you get a chance to go for a run?

I've had a mega busy October but I'm still walking an average of 5 miles per day (based on weekly totals - on some days, I take the bus home). I've remained at my target weight (-4kg, yay!). Right now the weather is pretty challenging.

I'm sleeping much better and despite having been very stressed out (lots of public speaking engagements...), I have been able to make ten sleeping pills last a full month.

Wine - I have travelled quite a bit and have not been alcohol free. But definitely drinking less!

Sounds like you're doing great especially with the sleep.
