Morning all. Ended up leaving party early as just couldn't get into the mood Sad. shop I'm with you on the haircut and holidays-ive never gone this long between cuts before.

Let's see what's new this week....

QueenC1 · 03/07/2016 09:17

for dry. Although they may not be much comfirt than boden

Drywhitethanks · 03/07/2016 10:20

at gorgeousness of those incredible shoes.....very me, you know me well. I have wide feet though and the bit that goes over your toes technical term always hurts by my little toe which is why I'm better sadly in a court.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your party. But GUESS WHAT ? Ive even the weather forecast for next week and it says NO RAIN and lots of sunshine Grin although there is a big grey cloud in the sky right now Confused I knew there would be a heatwave July/August Smile

Morning all! Went out in shoreditch last night. Good fun - lots of middle class people trying to be socially relevant through the medium of facial hair and hats.

Was out with DH the night before too - looking forward to a nice civilised evening in front of the television tonight! Fun though.

Crazy busy at work at the moment. Cheers, leave voters.

QueenC1 · 03/07/2016 13:22

Oops, sorry, I wasn't very inspired by new in stuff except for the red shoes!
amber shore ditch sounds better than my city centre. There were certainly some sights amongst all the hens and stags in town last night Grin

libertydoddle · 03/07/2016 15:41

Black tie update....

Jacques Vert Beautiful colour but a bit 'meh'.
Papell quite nice actually but so, so long that I think it would look weird taken up. And I checked again with the organiser about dress code she said dark dress would be most appropriate I think this may be a seriously boring crowd
Coast very nice, needs taking up too. This is the most likely option.

I'm hoping to get to a decent TKMaxx to check out other options in the next week before I get the Coast one altered.

Oh nice Lib, I took my oversized Marant one to the party last night. Wore it with Marant dress and Lanvin silver flats. Got warm dancing so was fine in just the dress.

Was a lovely garden party, such a pretty garden and marquee (took me ages to remember what that word was). Lots of dh's work friends, the who are such a lovely group of people - very welcoming, chatty and friendly. Feel fine today, just a bit tired.

Shop and QueenC big hugs and Thanks to you both, hope things are feeling better.

MarshaBrady · 03/07/2016 16:42

Ah isn't that Gucci outfit beautiful.

MarshaBrady · 03/07/2016 16:44

Sigh those dresses are gorgeous too, esp the Erdem.

You'll look fabulous in your chosen one Lib

libertydoddle · 03/07/2016 16:51

OK my DD is feeling neglected...

Longislandicetee · 03/07/2016 20:57

Evening all! Voguette challenge for anyone with time......

I have to get a birthday present for sil. She likes a bit of glamour. It's big birthday so would be good if it were long lasting. Spend would be £500 to £1000. I got both my dsis bags for their significant birthdays. One got the LV Nerverfull and the other got Gucci canvas. I could do the LV Neverfull in Epi leather? Having said that dsil got me an awesome evening bag for my 40th. All ideas welcome, doesn't have to be a bag but would like it to be memorable!Flowers

AmberNectarine · 03/07/2016 21:25

Manolo Hangisis
Something from the Gucci Tian range
A lovely piece of jewellery - maybe stacking rings from Astley Clarke or a Tiffany Bone cuff (mine is my most worn piece of jewellery

AmberNectarine · 03/07/2016 21:26

Chanel pearl necklace - totally iconic

AmberNectarine · 03/07/2016 21:27

Or I noticed today Chanel pouches (which are big and make a nice portfolio clutch) range from £600 - £800.

AmberNectarine · 03/07/2016 21:28

A Saint Laurent evening bag.

(Can you tell I've been compiling my bonus list?)

Longislandicetee · 03/07/2016 21:30

Ooooh i was busy doing another post! Will start checking those out.Flowers

Stokey · 03/07/2016 21:31

Don't think I can add to Amber's list, Tiffany bone cuff looks amazing.

It's been a stressful few days here as DH has had appendicitis. So no fashion news here but nice looking at links for light relief.

Longislandicetee · 03/07/2016 22:03

Oh Stokey I am so sorry. I hope your dh is recovering now.Flowers

Amber that list is amazing, thank you! All stuff I wouldn't have thought of. I started another thread and someone also suggested Manolo, they look divine. Have put Mulberry Lily on the list too.

Any other ideas would be fab. I will give them to dh in a couple of days time and despatch him off to get the agreed present.

Drywhitethanks · 03/07/2016 22:16

Oh Stokey poor man, hope he's not too sore .

Amber great ideas I need some for my birthday list .

QueenC1 · 03/07/2016 22:31

Ohnstokey poor dh. And you.
blingy ive replied on your other post and suggested a bench Grin. The bone cuff is divine but quite chunky. Doesn't suit me for example so depends on her style and whether she looks better in delicate jewels. Can't go wrong with anything chanel in my mind!

Drywhitethanks · 03/07/2016 22:36

Talking about Chanel......have been looking dreaming at the website. Black iconic flap bags are done in calf skin.......did someone once say there is another finish thta is more hard wearing? can't see it

Amber I know you've had problems with yours, but do you love it?
