Not loving Kate Blanchetts Armarni - looks like a swim hat.
Again, not sure about Alicia Vikander's yellow Louis Vuitton - looks half made..
LOVE Brie Larsons Gucci & Charlize Theron's Dior. Sorry Kate Winslet, not loving the shiny Ralph Lauren - too harsh and not flattering. Heidi Klum what were you thinking in that Marchesa chiffon explosion - just no. Kinda liked Gaga for once, Margot Robbie in Tom Ford looks fabulous, Chrissy Teigen wearing Marchesa with baby bump looked epic, Loved Olivia Munn in Stella McCartney, fab colour and silhouette.

Best - Charlize Theron in red Dior
Worst - Heidi Klum in Marchesa chiffon explosion

Oh I doubt it Spotted. It's all very organised. Spotlight goes on the winner as they descend. You can't miss them!

I did wonder about dress code - no criticism of JB intended but was just wondering do they specify black tie or whatever? Like could a man show up in jeans?

Inarritu and Beavan were both winners at the BAFTAs so I'm sure he knew who she was.

Nuggets the dress code is Formal...which for women is generally expected to be a full length evening gown.

But. Fuck. That.

She was hardly in jeans and a t shirt. She was smart and glamorous. No woman HAS to wear a dress ffs.

2nd. Sophia Vergara is stunning
3rd. Luciana Damon looked beautiful

I couldn't really see what she was wearing other than the jacket. Agree shouldn't have to wear a dress of course. Was just wondering if there was a formal definition of formal iykwim

The invite says Black Tie although I suppose if you're sufficiently famous you can wear whatever you like.

There were a lot dreadful dresses and I though the trend for 'slashed to the navel' / random flesh exposure had passed.

My favourite was Kate Bosworth at the Vanity Fair party - proper old-school Hollywood.

I thought Kate winslet looked amazing. Beautiful dress.
I like the colours of Naomi watts dress.
Amy poehler looked great. Very unique style.
Leo looked fantastic, as always. He's the only guy who can wear a bow tie imo.
Some of the guests there were so weird. How do they decide who to invite? So many just random famous, not actors.

Olivia Munn - great cut, great colour

she was my girl crush in the newsroom and I had no idea who she was at the oscars
good dress though
