Ugg boots - yes or no?

I've been given some money for Christmas by DH who is far too crap to choose a present (frankly it's better this way...) We're in Germany which is bloody freezing and I'm kind of longing for some lovely sheepskin lined Ugg boots but don't know if they're a complete no no by now. Any views?

definitely yes. I've got some short ultras in chestnut (ebay bargin) and wore them under jeans all last winter and intend to do the same this year too, am leaving the tucked in look for the youngsters.

If you want to be super comfortable and warm get a pair of these and you won't have to wear socks all winter . They're ugly but they don't leave my feet when I'm in the house
