Avon skin so soft is apparently what the SAS use to fight off bugs Probably too late for you poor Lib but keep it in mind next time. DH suffers and reckons it works.

I can't make January date either Mara. Maybe we could do a mini MU, weekday evening in town in Jan or Feb? If anyone's up for it, I'll try and organise. I find evenings a bit more doable diary wise.

Lovely sounding outfits today. I'm hopefully channelling rock chick: denim mini, black leggings & high tops, with navy jumper with black sequins & biker jacket.

Too depressed for words about Syria, can't believe we're back to bombing.

blair yes, WIT is pregnant. Lots of people made comments on the wardrobe icons instagram feed so they confirmed it. I wondered ages ago as she's been looking a bit pale and peaky and going too heavy on the blusher.
Now wraring massimoto dutti navy/black jumper and slim straight jeans. Not the most exciting of outfits but out later (if I can keep awake) so will get changed into something slighly more glamorous.

Poor Lib another one loved by mosquitoes here. They usually go for my face. I spent my entire honeymoon looking like the elephant woman. Thankfully there are no pics. It happened again on another holiday I honestly looked like an owl

Totally agree stokey feel like a proper rant but I'll keep it off here.

Still itching but antihistamines helping. Bastard mossies. Having a good time regardless but wearing the same pair of wide leg trousers to dinner every evening as (a) my legs look awful and (b) trying to protect my poor ankles!!!

Mara and stokey shame you can't make 23rd Jan. I'll email everyone and book venue when I get back.

Yes always use Avon Skin So Soft and it works! I get the odd bite but have always used/smothered it on the DC and they never get bitten, oil based so good for keeping moisturised too.

I never get bitten - I must taste disgusting!

Ouch Lib. Mozzies not too keen on me but love dh and ds2 - a friend recommended Avon but I didn't believe her!

Queen I am happy to hear that you are enjoying your new job. I did some temping at a new place today and was one of the youngest probably the only one not collecting a pension. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming so am happy to keep going back.

Incidentally my hair is the same as hers but blonde. Any tips on how to get it wavy like hers? The hairdresser did it with tongs. I was in two much pain this morning to do it.
Just back from the beauticians had brown sparkly nails and fake eyelashes done. I look hilarious as I'm all pale and Ill looking with glam eyes.

My cleaner started today never had one and it was fantastic to get home to an immaculate home.....she plumps cushions way better than I do.
