shop the event was lovely, so emotional. The little boy goes to Dd school and he suffers from neurofibromatosis. They had so much great stuff in the auction but we bid on a 2 night stay in a place in Sussex with £800 spending money at the hotel. So we chose the "4 person" choice and halved it with my friend and her husband. a guy on our table went to the ball last year and put silent bids down on 3 items and ended up winning all 3! So we went safe and just bid on 1!
From Asos I've ordered the vans I wanted, some Soludos to try for size, a jeans belt and some woven Camis (I have a couple already but love them because you can dress up or down!)

QueenC love all of my stuff....the White embroidered top, the stunning red shoes and the teal sling backs. You're great at this..........my iPad is having a break down too, cutting and pasting is a problem .

Have loved the lovely links and purchases, the Longchamps espadrilles have stuck in my mind and I don't do espadrilles but could break my rule for them.

Dry I think the Tippi questions were answered, I wear a small but since losing weight they seem a little big on me so I might try XS next time. Unfortunately the one I had my eye on is still full price. I hand wash mine and dry flat, they're fine. I even put one in the machine to experiment and it seemed okay, it didn't shrink.

Great blazer Blair I so wish I could wear a navy blazer but I don't think I'm classic enough. I see them on other people and think they look great and a great wardrobe staple but I tried a JCrew shrunken boy blazer last year and i just looked as if I was going to work. Maybe it was the wrong type.

Have been eyeing these for ages and although I don't need anymore leopard print in my life I just couldn't resist them more leopard print flats they will replace my naff Aldo ones though, again another purchase I should have sent back.

Love the Fending skirt for Amber. The Roland Mouret dress is so so gorgeous! And not as expensive as usual. absolutely love the goat dress. The pink Jimmy Choo ballerinas are fab! gosh I could be tempted by any of those!

also love the dvf dress though wouldn't get it myself.

I am also feeling tired after quite a busy weekend. Went for a pub lunch yesterday and wore the Zara broderie anglaise top - was trying to channel this look so wore with dark jeans and white superstars. Also like this look

Just took delivery of two sort of 50's style dresses one red and white polka dots and the other blue and white polka dots. Love them both. The style really suits me, shows off my smaller top half and disguises my bigger hips as the skirts of the dresses are meant to be full. I'm not going to go the whole hog and get petticoats for them as I'd feel like I was in fancy dress. I'm happy to wear them as is without any further embellishment or jazzing up of them

really liking my new boots now they've softened up. I think they are just about ready to be worn outdoors now. maybe another day or so wear int he house first though

for the first time in ages, I have some actual space in my wardrobe and can see what I am genuinely missing and what I have loads of. I can see I'm short of a few more decent quality merino or cashmere cardigans (i prefer cardigans to sweaters as I find them generally to make me look more shapely and less boxy than sweaters do) and I could do with a few more proper summer dresses as I only have two that are really suitable for high summer. I'm deabting whether or not to give my sister most of my maxi dresses. the ones I got from the lovely shop and linus are fab, fit in all the right places and don't make me look huge but i'm not so sure about the others i've got, I feel a bit, well, ship in full sail in them and i think the bulk of the material on them sits wrong on my hips and makes me look rather wide. advice appreciated

Ootd was blue wide legged trousers and cream lace top but now is a pinky/purple sundress as am sitting in the garden.

Would love to be able to wear Bernice's Zara top. its beautiful, it just wouldn't suit me.
