It's March. Spring is in the air. We are looking forward to losing layers and baring ankles.

This is the volume of the hen do and wedding. Will queen manage to get shop to wear penis boppers . And will we all shed a tear when the beautiful blair gets married.

Blair It is the same company but we decided not to write to female CEO at the time as we were advised to make a complaint with the police so hoped that would sort it. Courier company will not speak with me at all which is frankly disgusting taking into account the nature of my complaint. They will only deal direct with the retailer and to be fair TS have done all they can do. DH is angry too. I'll get him to draft the letter and then work on it together over the weekend.

Am now sketching for the rest of the day .

Oh & One I missed your question: I would continue to shop as I do, I think. I have a mix of both designer and high street and I love charity & vintage stores. I was raised in a very poor family and that need to get things on the cheap has never left me. The thought of being back there leaves me panic stricken so I can't imagine ever feeling ok with spending huge amounts just in case it all went wrong.

Bernice lovely but tiring, not sure I could go back to the broken nights. Felt a lot better after a slap up hotel breakfast and lots of coffee this morning.

Santa (so not Joan btw!) these are the silk pjs I want for lounging about in but not very useful for my life right now. Our neighbours have a Jura machine, a lovely object.

Marsha hope ds is better soon. Have just started HOC, love it, was just chatting with dsis about the role of their house, cold and impersonal but little bits of detail and repetition like the coffee cups.

Blair jeans and boots for me tomorrow. Might wear my new equipment shirt otherwise a jumper. Not dressed up though.

Just received an hermés magazine through the post with some nice pics so off for a browse and more coffee now am dc free for a bit.

I only know 2 of them, quite like meeting new people.....but "cocktails, food and possible dancing", the first 2 are fine, no 3 fills me with dread although after cocktails I am an incredible and enthusiastic dancer . But it all fell into place when I read she is in Simon Fuller's (is it?) old studio. I think he's behind it all more than we know. It's probably making her feel miserable

Not at all keen on VB's look - the dress, the makeup, the pose - all wrong. I usually like how she styles herself so wonder what went wrong?

Marsha and Fedup I'm back onto HoC now. I know what you mean about normal TV , I just binge on Netflix and box sets now, waiting a week for the next episode of Poldark is annoying.
Fedup I not sure about tops! will have a try on not as if I don't have any and will report back.

I think VB perhaps felt the pressure to look "directional" and amazing, imagine with that guest list, and tried to do something different. Always going to be a gamble. I think she can look very harsh anyhow and that scary make up makes her look terrible. David, however, is ageing fantastically. I generally like her style and grooming though, just wish she'd ditch the hand on hip, hips forward, one leg front pose.

I am a netflix addict as well. On season 3 of HOC now and binge watched the new show by Tina Fey the other weekend. Very funny. Need to catch up on Scandal (my trashy tv guilty pleasure ) but think that's on sky catch up only

Well not to sound ungrateful but we have been invited to another wedding and this one will have a lot of the same people at it as the other one so can't wear the same thing ! Been looking online but can't find anything I like at the mo.

Didn't love VBs look for the exhibition but I read a tweet from Dawn Porter that described David Beckham as being carved from sex which I think sums him up pretty well !

Ujjayi this is absolutely awful behaviour from the delivery guy, his employers and the retailers. You need to write a strong letter of complaint - I would be ranting on Twitter. The press would have a field day with this story. So horrid for you

One I never answered your question. I sit in the middle though - mix of high st and designer (at reduced prices) so if I went down it would be EBay, New Look, H&M, Zara - if I went up it would be Matches, NaP and Selfridges.

VB looks wasted , that short video of her doing those poses is actually funny, mcqueen , banned her from attending his shows,and called her stupid, and made fun of her attempts in designing, so its really surprising to see her in attendance, she should have respected his wish,and stayed away, this is his greatest show after all,

But I think out of all the attendance Erin oconner looked so unique and just graceful, simpley dressed but stunning, no phony poses or overly done makeup or hair.

Santa - Really interesting to read those comments on VB & will seek out the writer you mentioned. McQueen was pure genius. A real hard working talent whose imagination & fascination with the world knew no bounds. He was also incredibly modest & shy. I imagine he would have little time for show ponies or those who want to take credit for the work of others. I'm going to see the exhibition in June & I cannot wait. Like FedUp I am trying to avoid images of the exhibition - Alexandra Shulman instagrammed virtually the whole thing . I got all emotional walking past the exhibition posters at the V&A the other day. Such an incredible artist. Terrible that we lost him & sad that someone so adored would feel so alone.

I love Erin O Conner too such a classic beauty. She looked the best out of them all. Don't like KM's dress and VB looks quite haggard with that makeup. I quite like her look usually (post wag that is) and growing out her short thin eyebrows has made such a difference to her look.

One in answer to your question re budget reversal. I would buy designer bags, shoes and coats but other than that would probably face the same sartorial challenges as I do now so would have more stuff made for me.

I hadn't really thought too much about 'celebs' designing their clothing lines but take your point Santa and Ujjayi- it must be frustrating for new designers trying to get noticed.

Forgot to say that it was me after an orange bag; I ordered the one from fossil which hopefully will arrive tomorrow along with an M&S and Asos order - swimwear and white shirts.
