Still going strong as we head into 2015. Not a chance I can beat the vol 50 intro from the lovely Dry so I won't even try. Lots of newbies have joined the fun, why don't you? Come tell us your sales splurges. All welcome for fun fashion chat.

I've just booked a week and a half of bikram sessions starting tmr eve!!! So for the next 30 days I'm going to be sweaty!!!

libertychick · 11/01/2015 20:50

Thanks hopefully for the offer of help! I think it may take a while to get used to the colours so an expert second opinion from a fellow blue autumn would be great.

libertychick · 11/01/2015 20:53

BTW completely forgot to thank cranagh for the gorgeous 'blue autumn' image. Made me feel very positive!

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 11/01/2015 20:53

This is what I'm afraid of with my RC diagnosis... please tell me this isn't it?!

Karbea · 11/01/2015 20:58

Stunning ;)

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 11/01/2015 21:01

Noooooo!

OneLittleLady · 11/01/2015 21:01

blair I don't see that board as your type of RC. It's far too flouncy, frilly and floral. You have a darker edge, something much tougher about you, steel in velvet not roses and peaches (I hope you don't take that in a bad way!)

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 11/01/2015 21:02

This one is just extremely creepy

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 11/01/2015 21:02

Not at all One thank you! :)

QueenCardigan · 11/01/2015 21:05

That's so not you blair Grin. That's all far too girly for RC surely.

Stokey · 11/01/2015 21:07

I think I'd worry about being Romantic too just because I'm curvy Blair but great advice from Hopefully about how to work it. I'm in two minds about the style day too, I sometimes feel even reading S&B has made me lose a bit of my own identity.

I like grey tights with navy Dry or even nude.

Hush has got a pretty exact match for fuschia Shop, they call it beetroot. Have been sporting my new jumper all weekend.

OneLittleLady · 11/01/2015 21:11

Girly has its place but that board is just too much, much too much. I'd be scared to wear any of it ever as I spill tea and drop medicine down me all the time, I'd be filthy an hour in!

Have taken possession of a slate grey wool jumper that DP shrank in the tumble dryer. He is much much bigger than me and managed to shrink it down to exactly my size, how fortunate for me is that?! I've done pretty well with my shopping so far this weekend, a purple wool hat, a cobalt and white jumper dress, a black bird print tea dress, bright pink cashmere jumper, two sets of very comfy DKNY pjs, a pair of double tongue low top converse and a tank girl tee. Off to Oxford Street tomorrow to do a bit more shopping before going for a meal in the early evening. Nothing fancy but it's what I want to do. I can't believe how old i will be tomorrow, I'm sure it was just yesterday that it was my 18th birthday!

Karbea · 11/01/2015 21:14

Do you take your fabric swatches with you when you go shopping?

muddlingalongquitenicely · 11/01/2015 21:15

One of things it said for me on the romantic was oversized florals and polka dots and i dislike both. I did spot a dress i liked on that first link blair but only because it had a 1940s style dress shape i love abd a tiny floral pattern. I dont have floral stuff usually.

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 11/01/2015 21:16

Wow One excellent haul! :)

muddlingalongquitenicely · 11/01/2015 21:18

Actually just had another look its only the style of dress i like and its not floral at all needs to go to specsavers

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 11/01/2015 21:27

They live in my bag Karbea so I always know where they are. Not afraid to whip it out in the shop either to see if the colours tone!

sleepwhenidie · 11/01/2015 21:38

I did an advanced hot yoga class for the first time this afternoon Karbea, called 'The Beast' and it deserved it, I am aching and wiped out this evening!

QueenCardigan · 11/01/2015 21:39

karbea I did take my swatches initially but don't really need them so much now.

QueenCardigan · 11/01/2015 21:42

another clothing personality thing here

QueenCardigan · 11/01/2015 21:43

Try again

muddlingalongquitenicely · 11/01/2015 21:51

Thanks for the link QC i like how they describe the body shapes in that one as well

Karbea · 11/01/2015 21:58

sleep what did you eat before/after? I really don't drink much water but thinking maybe I should tmr.

justasecond · 11/01/2015 22:02

Just lost a long post, will try and remember what I wrote...
Very interesting to read about your hoc diagnoses Blair and Lib. I can see you in a lot of the RC looks (on the first board pinned not the 2nd) and the Blue Autumn colours. What was your colour diagnosis Blair*? I love the 2 RC pins you linked totally different but both gorgeous.
Must admit I am rather baffled by it and not sure if I would ever go for it but can see it works brilliantly for so many. I am a bit curious to know what I am but don't think it would make me change anything. I am pretty sure I shouldn't wear camel as it is so similar to my skin tone but I love it so much and have 2 camel coats. Looked at Karbea's link for the CPs and not sure I am any of them. Probably the closest is Dramatic?
One sounds like you had a fab weekend and great shopping!
Hopefully I am a bit of an over dresser too well compared to most of the SR mums anyway. Just go with it, I refuse to dress down for anyone!

justasecond · 11/01/2015 22:13

Thanks for the link QueenC looks like I am an inch too short to be Dramatic Confused
