Still going strong as we head into 2015. Not a chance I can beat the vol 50 intro from the lovely Dry so I won't even try. Lots of newbies have joined the fun, why don't you? Come tell us your sales splurges. All welcome for fun fashion chat.

I've never heard of blue? Normally you read cool,warm,bright,..etc

santamarianovella · 10/01/2015 13:36

lib, I think your diagnosis broke the Internet, I keep getting an error page whenever I refresh,

MarshaBrady · 10/01/2015 13:44

Blue Autumn!

Is that like a cool autumn?

BrandyAlexander · 10/01/2015 13:55

Ooooh I had guessed autumn. What's blue autumn?Confused

QueenCardigan · 10/01/2015 14:12

Oh wow liberty, that kind of makes sense as hopefully is a blue autumn too I think and you're probrably quite similar in terms of colouring. Blue autumn is the cooler end of the autumn spectrum I think so suit the blues which are kind of petrol and teal colours.

shopafrolic · 10/01/2015 14:38

She has already text me telling me not to sell anymore of my autumn wardrobe! Grin

blue autumn!?!Shock Shock

i would never have guessed that

im having a great weekend, just bought a bright pink cashmere jumper and a cobalt and white jumper dress.

Cranagh · 10/01/2015 15:12

Blue autumn, lovely colours, Liberty. You are in good company with Hopefully.

I liked that top too, Santa, was put off by the reviews though.

Bought a few things in the dregs of the sales, grey sweater and copied a very stylish friend and bought these sandals for summer. And Hush pyjamas, same as Marsha!

muddlingalongquitenicely · 10/01/2015 15:19

I am taking a break from the joys of foundation shopping/testing sitting having a chai latte with the one fact all the counters told me..dont get a foundation with pink tones as i have cool skin colouring. I have also bought my first mint velvet item a slouchy grey layered top will wear it with my h&m leather trousers (thanks to amber) and some grey shoes DH bought me for christmas from dorothy Perkins

libertychick · 10/01/2015 16:26

Quick update. Romantic classic style personality. Am exhausted! Will post more details this evening.

shopafrolic · 10/01/2015 17:05

Wow Lib blue autumn, romantic Classic a whole new wardrobe beckons I sense. Looking forward to hearing more about your day when you get the chance.

Cranagh those sandals are gorgeous, I want them < sits on hands>

Muddling sounds like some good purchases.

Cranagh · 10/01/2015 17:22

Betty, they are really comfortable too .

OneLittleLady · 10/01/2015 17:26

wow, major style remixes tonight for you lib

Finally feeling better after being so ill. Managed the stairs without being out of breath for the first time in days!

New pink sweater is really really nice, very soft and fits brilliantly on the body, arms are a touch long but that's usual for me with this type of garment tbh. 100% cashmere for £25 in TkMaxx. Also bought a Fever bird print dress.

maradesbois · 10/01/2015 17:39

Blue Autumn? Well I never. Had no clue what this meant but tks for pic Cranagh. Look forward to hearing more about it Lib.

Love those sandals too Cranagh and still available in my size. Just not sure about grey in summer for me but tempted nonetheless...

Dry I adore the yellow Valentino dress you linked. Have no idea about the colours stuff but imho think I can wear pale or bright yellows whereas anything mustard or chartreuse is awful. Anyone know what this means?

shopafrolic · 10/01/2015 17:57

I think I remember Hopefully saying that Blue Autumn is on the cusp of Winter.
Lib you'll be able to wear the red dress I wore for our first MU perhaps....?

muddlingalongquitenicely · 10/01/2015 17:59

Dilema time!
House of colour consultants in my area are quite a distance away from me (train journey then who knows at the other end). Colour me beautiful is closer and easier to get to unsure what to do

Stokey · 10/01/2015 18:05

I'm on my phone so can't link but if you search for the HoC colour wheel on Pinterest Mara you'll see the different seasons. Think Autumn had a lot of yellow, winter only had a very pale lemon. And yes I am going to try and make the next MU or a mini one in between.

Great that you can get Shop's wardrobe Liberty, very exciting.

Is it wrong that I'm already in my Hush pyjama bottoms? We've had a busy day swimming and park and now DH is coming and I am lounging with DC

shopafrolic · 10/01/2015 18:11

Muddling having been to a non HOC consultant previously I would say travel further to see an HOC person, but purely my opinion. Also makes it easier to compare notes with others on here....
