Long or short, then? Short if you want to wear patterned tights?

nailpolish · 27/09/2006 10:43

next have a nice cord pencil skirt

badkarma · 27/09/2006 10:44

denim?

nailpolish · 27/09/2006 10:44

ANYTHING BUT DENIM

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 10:46

I wear short denim skirts
I have a fabby short red one which is too big for me now

A short brown cord one - also too big hmmm
A short black one which is slightly 'frilly' but not iyswim - oh maybe pleated is a better word
A short tarten one - too big now grrr

I dont ever wear long skirts but have a white one with little flowers on it which comes below the knee which according to my friend is 'classy'

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 10:47

NP, whats wrong with short denim skirts? I have tons of them

nailpolish · 27/09/2006 10:48

short and pleated denim maybe AT A PUSH

next also have a cool tartan one in the xmas book

Tutter · 27/09/2006 10:49

denim skirts can look soooo mumsy - esp if knee or calf-length worn with sensible footwear.

they can look great though if they're short, with good tights (not just plain black though, yawn) and good, chunky boots.

nailpolish · 27/09/2006 10:49

tamba, i just think there is a fine line between great looking denim skirts and jakey ones

but i am 100% sure yours are all cool and funky

nailpolish · 27/09/2006 10:49

tutter put it better than me

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 10:49

Nooooo I never wear them any longer than mini skirt lenght! An usually (if its cold) with funky tights and boots!

Tutter · 27/09/2006 10:51

last two winters i have favoured short denim skirt with maroon/chocolate tights and pale tan fryes. i like, muchly.

Tutter · 27/09/2006 10:51

(but maybe i should get a new look )

Flamesparrow · 27/09/2006 10:52

Tamba - what size is your too big??? I could swipe em

I'll go through psycho's next catalogue later.

I'm torn with denim... never sure if its good or bad!

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 10:54

Tutter · 27/09/2006 10:54

Flamesparrow · 27/09/2006 10:55

Oooh I have a teeny tiny tartan one in my wardrobe... could possibly be too teeny tiny though

I have flat slouch type boots, knee high heels (chunky heels), and chunky round toe heel shoe things that I think are back in....
