lol Tutter, I am one of those wierd people who havent reallt got a 'style'

I love 60s fashion though - specially the dresses but cant seem to find a decent website too look at the clothes!

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 11:21

Or is it 70s? hmmm

Short dresses and shirts in bright colours - am thinking Austin Powers type style.

God, I would love a man to dress up like Austin Powers for me!! Even beats the firemand outfit

Flamesparrow · 27/09/2006 11:21

Scrawny legs really not an issue . I think er... "shapely" is the best description! They aren't tree trunks, but not skinny.

Judging by the tights thread, it seems me n Tamba have very similar styles!! Although I get the feeling that she wears the stuff I want to wear but haven't often got the confidence for.

Of the opinion (as of this morning) that if I pretend to be confident in it, then I should be able to pull it off!

Late 60's I think

Can't do dresses really - breastfeeding and people would stare (Otherwise I'd give the jumper dress a try)

tamba have similar skirt but it is pink

I know you are an earth mother type of person but i just cant stand green

desperateSCOUSEwife · 27/09/2006 11:24

give shirt dresses a try then fs

Flamesparrow · 27/09/2006 11:27

The norks cause problems there.... 34F, size 10-12 waist - I end up needing a size 16-18 to get the chest to fit, and then it looks like a tent everywhere else

I need more shops to do bravissimo "curvy", "very curvy" sizings!!

desperateSCOUSEwife · 27/09/2006 11:28

I see what you mean fs

Flamesparrow · 27/09/2006 11:32

I can guarantee that in a few years time, I'll be done having babies, raise the money to get a breast reduction, and the gits'll start designing clothes better!

I like the khaki one on tambas link...

The only skirt I wear is long and brown (looks better than it sounds)
I have a nice selection of stripy over the knee socks, and could definitely do funky tights, but I daren't wear a skirt as short as tambas. Any other ideas?

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 11:32

My favourite colour is dark red and brown. I wear green if im feeling quirky. I am told I have endearing quirks - I am taking it as a compliment.

I have this skirt

nice

I want this!

I wish I had the courage to wear skirts that short! They are very lovely and I would love to wear them.

Would you mind if I ask how old you short skirt wearers are.

I have a pleated/freyed denim one that is as short as those but I was only ever brave enough to wear it once to a club.

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 27/09/2006 12:08

Im 23

desperateSCOUSEwife · 27/09/2006 12:09

Mascaraohara · 27/09/2006 12:13

Gosh, sorry, my question sounded really rude didn't id?! didn't mean it too at all.. I'm just envious of all your confident skirt wearers. I never (practically never) wear skirts.
