Ooooh I'm not sure if you've inspired me to put a blue or turquoise on my bleached hair! It looked awesome, what did you use? Bit scary though if you didn't like it!

GlaikitFizzog · 09/03/2014 19:24

Don't do it! The colour I used was Crazy Colour in Violette, it faded to the blue. It was also labeled as a semi permanent, nothing semi about it!! But if you aren't afeered go for it, just don't come moaning to me when it won't bleach out!

Thank you Too, my hairdresser was amazed how good the condition was considering in the last 5 weeks it's been bleached, dyed three times, stripped, bleached again then finally had the semi perm brown. It's nice to wear my hair down again, I've been tying it back since the blue incident.

I've just had mine bleached, was thinking Paula Yates, somehow got yellowy curly hair. I know it isn't as bad as I feel it is, I just wanted to be funky!

You need a toner then wonder pants. If you get a silver shampoo, one that it's dark purple, and use iron your hair dry for 20 minutes once a week, that will take the brassiness out. And the use it like a normal shampoo. I promise it works. Although I wouldn't take the advice of a random on the internet who had inadvertently blue har for a month!

Thank you Euphemia!

Nope the purple/ silver shampoo hasn't made any difference! I've used lots of the twice weekly toner one and can't see any difference! Maybe just a blue streaky bit Wink

Have you done it neat on dry hair yet? When I was just blonde I would do that every other week and it reall kept the warmth out of the blonde.

MrsDeVere! I did try the feria, but my hair was so porous it was all patchy. But it would have been exactly what I was looking for if it worked!

Hey, I think I have just done exactly or pretty much what you did in 2014! I decided to chop my hair off, go "lilac" via my hairdresser (who did achieve lavender/lilac) and then after one wash it was a faded lavender/pink.

In my stupidity, after the first wash, I decided to use "crazy colour" in lilac TWICE to get the colour back. I am now BLUE/GREY!!!

My hairdresser hasn't replied to my calls for help (probably thinking it's your own fault, you deal with it, although she did recommend crazy colour...) and I'm freaking out I have this weird colour hair!

Did you manage to get it Sorted and if so, how? X
