Hahahahaha novice!

Classic mistake! One should always move fragile stuff, hairlooms and ahem 'personal items' oneself!

If it's any consolation, I bet he has seen it all in his line of work.

I know, it used to cost me 20 pounds when I piled in England, that was why id put it off so long. She's finished them already, while I did my food shopGrin I shall dance around the house in them tomorrow.

Shock 7novice* but he will probably have seen worse

'Heirlooms' not Hairlooms. Sigh.

novice hilarious! When my flat burnt down I left the wreckage with my toys because the fireman said the insurance company would clear the place out so best to remove anything too 'personal'. He ended his sentence saying "buzzzzzzzzzzz" and winked at me! Grin

Grin @ Novice! Reminds me of a thread on here (I think) where someone's DS had a friend over and she found them shooting each other with the 'guns' they found in her bedside table Grin

Blair I think it was the papier but was blue and what I assume must have been python skin Hmm

By taking your handbags away? I'm in the car heading SE now.....Grin, didn't hide any diamonds in there too did you Wink?

MarshaBrady · 24/01/2014 19:58

Oh Novice. I suppose it's better than taking handbag to work and forgetting until a meeting.. Wink Grin

Now novice that is proper bagporn!

Which handbag?

shopafrolic · 24/01/2014 20:05

To be fair, if a handbag was buzzing I'd probably look too. Note to self

Grin at you all! I could never have this conversation in rl.

Linus, it was my Aspinal Boston coach. It's like a bowler bag. Roomy I thought!

I guess it's an interesting end to a stressful day! But still....Blush

Ha ha Novice :o
Rookie mistake!
either remove the batteries too just incase, or just buy things that are powered by the mains

My boxes of tricks were put in my car, along with my jewellery on moving day.

Novice I just read this story to MIL who is LOLing.

Report
Sleepwhenidie · 24/01/2014 20:26

My MIL mentioned once that she has nightmares about her kids going through her bedroom if she ever just dropped dead...I didn't like to ask exactly why but I don't think she was worried about them seeing her pants! I changed the subject quite quickly Grin

Shock Grin Novice! Poor you! At least you will never see him again after the move.
Blair Those chap trousery thing are awful, I wonder who would buy those? Although I reckon even I could run up a pair with my new found sewing non skills. Would be keen to hear what you think of the m&s floral shoes if you ever see them. I wonder if they are one of those half decent/interesting things they make but are never seen other than in a magazine.
Shop gorgeous shoes, love them.
I decided to keep the smaller pair of hudson boots as the ones that fitted made my feet look big. I have been wearing them at home to wear them in a bit as the leather is quite stiff. Bit annoyed that I will have to get the soles rubberized though.
Other than boots all quiet on the shopping front for once...

I will justa!

Are these the most Pistol-y Pistol rip off ever? I thought AR had started selling acne for a moment. Nearly out of stock too!

Ooh I do like those Blair although I suspect a little too high for me. If only they did a rip off of my fave pistols, black with brown heel and sole.
