Do you...

  • love fashion (high and low end), style, beauty?
  • spend way more time than is healthy for anyone thinking about the contents of your wardrobe?
  • wish you had the nerve to apply for Mastermind with your specialist subject being the history of H&M collaborations?

If so come and chat! Hugs and kisses allowed

santa Liberty trip sounds ace. I actually love Harrods but only on weekdays. The brashness of it makes me laugh. But Marsha may slowly be converting me to spend more time in Liberty's. And I still have a soft spot for Selfridges after my credit card company called me to check my card hadn't been stolen after one epic shopping spree. Grin

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 20:40

Bones in the chimney breast used to ward off evil spirits!

MarshaBrady · 18/01/2014 20:41

You know you love it Shop Grin

I'm like Linus' dh, I need light and air and wooden stairs not escalators. And Liberty seems to be ok, think it has more windows or something and I don't get as flustered.

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 20:44

Definitely a lot more chilled

BrandyAlexander · 18/01/2014 20:45

I agree on Harrods but Selfridges is the Mother Ship. It really is.

Oh...I have a new bag crush!

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 20:47

Which is? Not the rat surely?

santamarianovella · 18/01/2014 20:55

shop I think Marsha is slowly converting me too, they do have excellent buyers though, you can tell the products on display are very unique,
novice do tell!

anni what does your dh plan to do?

LinusDKD · 18/01/2014 20:56

novice we need links. No bag porn without links!

santamarianovella · 18/01/2014 20:59

shop the bones in chimney would have freaked me out, how old is your house?

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 21:01

The main part is over 250 years old. It used to be an undertakers. :)

santamarianovella · 18/01/2014 21:05

I love old houses, they have so much history,

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 21:07

We love it Santa loads of original features.....stone flooring, high ceilings, open fires. Fab at this time of year especially.

MarshaBrady · 18/01/2014 21:12

I picked up my Toast flats today and all I can say it tg I only paid £12.

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 21:19

Oh dear, I take it they're no good? Send them back?

BrandyAlexander · 18/01/2014 21:23

One of my juniors brought this bag into work this week. Not a great picture but so divine in the flesh. At 23, I was struggling to pay my rent so I only started lusting after doing this face --->Shock that she had one in the first place. The black and nude version is gorgeous. Sigh.

Dd has only just settled down after really playing up with the mother of all tantrums at bedtime. Dh absolutely lost it and really shouted at her.Sad I had to intervene (which I know you're not supposed to do) and just take action that would bring it to a head. I have taken her bear that she has slept with every night since she was 1 day old off her. I have never done that as it just feels so mean. She immediately stopped though and as she didn't want to lose her rabbit too. Sad hence thinking happy bag thoughts.

MarshaBrady · 18/01/2014 21:23

They're pretty uninspiring but tempted to keep them just for home.

MarshaBrady · 18/01/2014 21:25

Oh Novice, big hug.

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 21:26

Hugs for you novice it's bloody hard work this Mummy stuff isn't it?
Gorgeous bag.....

LinusDKD · 18/01/2014 21:29

Oh novice (((hugs)))

Lovely bags. At the airport when I was waiting for DH I spotted two Célines. A red Trio and a multicoloured Trapeze.

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 21:29

They do look like little faces though don't they?

BrandyAlexander · 18/01/2014 21:32

Thank youThanks bloody hard Shop. I have retreated to my bed in my black and grey pjs burning my Baies Diptique candle.

I need to go downstairs though as the playroom is an absolute tip. It's a huge room and they have manage to leave it as if a bombs hit it. I am tempted to take a black bin bag down there and chuck anything on the floor into it.Hmm

BrandyAlexander · 18/01/2014 21:34

They do! The first on second row of Shop's link is divine.

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 21:35

I cleared out DS' toys and got rid of all the baby stuff in preparation for the onslaught of birthday presents due end of the month. Felt good. Save it for the morning lovely x

shopafrolic · 18/01/2014 21:38

Next time we meet Novice I'd love to know how much one of your juniors gets paid?! Wink

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 18/01/2014 22:02

Ahhh the luggage, I love it in the red. It does look like a very solemn face.

Does anyone like the shoes that the Frugality wore in her last post? here I can't decide whether they are very odd or very cool, might need to check them out in the flesh.

Hope you're feeling chilled now novice.
