Swimming with the dc's this morning, not exactly what I feel like doing!

I have decided to buy some navy gigis for the summer. I have gold ones which fit perfectly but no idea what size they are! The box is at my MILs house so I only have the shoe... Fellow gigi wearers (I think amber and anni are among you??) do you have any idea where the size is written on the shoe?!?

Mine are a 7 1/2 m and a 7 m and it is on the reverse of the part that sits on the arch of your foot.

Btw I repinned those navy ones as I love mine and can always do with a navy pair.

I might get a 9. This baby has ruined my feet. Is there much difference between half sizes? I was going to go for black but navy is summerier I think and I´m imagining them with a tangerine pedicure!

Shop, this book came up in conversation last night with my friend who works with same school as the author. She used it (was highly sceptical but so many colleagues mentioned it she decided to give it a go) and said that it was amazing, worked immediately. Your DS maybe still a bit young but I am going to give it a go, anything that reduces the level of yelling at the DC's to get ready every morning will be fantastic

Mine are a 9 I think and I'm usually a 38.5/39. I think they run a little small.

sleep apart from some biscuits last week when I was ill I haven't had any chocolate/juice/squash etc since new year. It's been surprisingly easy and I'm not missing my daily dairy milk at all. I haven't given up fruit/raisins and I'm sure there's sugar in some of the stuff I eat but I've become much more aware of hidden sugars. I'm out to dinner tonight and feel that I've broken the habit enough that it'll be ok to have some pudding. Life's too short to miss out on nice treats

Umlauf, my feet went up a 1/2 size post baby then back again when I went back to Pilates/ exercise and lost the baby weight I m odd

Shattered this morning, really disturbed night with Ds2 and that was after doing 30 miles on my bike.

Luckily I'm getting my hair colour done at 11, so i'll get a bit of peace and quiet.

Novice J Brand brown skinnies (not loving coloured jeans anymore though so they may have to go), Hush layering long sleeved cream top and Reiss Mitts knit with a pair of old brown biker boots and my new parka (which I love). The coat is the only bit that doesn't feel a bit dated but it'll do for today.
