A safe place to talk fashion stuff. Bring a passion for fashion (high end or high street), a positive state of mind and lots of links.

Revival is much more dress up. Lots of different eras of fashion. Will dig out some old pics and Pin.

shopafrolic · 07/01/2014 21:41

My friend does hair and make up for Revival. You get to wear fab frocks, all eras wartime through to seventies. Just fab.

dry yay! Please,do a very perceptive report! It will be so much fun shopping with you! And you must order a hat!

barbie glad you are feeling better, and losing 2 kg sounds great,I want to do the scan, and got a referral to do it privately as it will be 3months wait, which I can't bear, and the dr assured me that if something is wrong,it won't be a very serious problem as she walks ,runs and is in very good health,dh is against it as he had many scans done, for a broken leg,and he says its something He wouldn't dd to go through. he had a very hectic dayyesterday ,so i need to approach the subject when he is more relaxed.

one I find drugstore makeup to be very good,I love the maybeline BB cream, hardly use foundation for day,and I have a nars sheer glow that I fell in love over again, great color,

shop Angry I was showering!couldnt peek

I'm about to pin too! Need opinions

libertychick · 07/01/2014 22:30

Annianni · 07/01/2014 22:32

quick hello...

Is anyone a 5.5 or a 6 in UK sizes for Sam Edelman?
If yes, I've found some gigis for £13!?

They are pinned on mnv.

OneLittleLady · 07/01/2014 22:34

shopafrolic · 07/01/2014 22:36

Nooo, Shop, RIP the Lures! I was wearing mine today. I might get another pair soon. I forgot how much I liked them. Why don't you order from Shopbop and have them sent to your DH's hotel when he is in the US? I've bought from Tags before. I have Misfits and they are straight leg.

I love that Tom Ford bag, gorgeous.

I like Giorgio Armani too, One, when I wear foundation.

Marsha, I think you should go for the Pettys again, agree that the Pennys will look too wide on you.

I am still waiting for my two silk shirts from Atterley Road, really slow to deliver.

Matches have collected my damaged shirt so all good and I've ordered this dress instead. Also ordered this poncho which I have in the grey colour already and is so cosy and nice with skinny jeans, and pajamas from the Hush sale, didn't see anything else (luckily). Now should join the frugal thread for the rest of January.

Annianni · 07/01/2014 22:47

I don't know Shop, sorry.

Dry Shock that's amazing.

What are you going to wear?

OneLittleLady · 07/01/2014 22:51

Lovely dress Decam

I popped into town today and bought some cheapo clothes to see me through this stage of my body changing. For £24, I got four skirts, a long, sleeveless ramones tee and a purple and navy chunky cardigan. I also got a scarf hanger as my scarves are tumbling out of the wardrobe. I also picked up two bras for a fiver for the pair in Ann Summers. I am absolutely refusing to buy any expensive clothes until my body shape and weight are more settled. Going to go through my wardrobe properly tomorrow and pile up everything that's decent to be sent on to novice for her charity Smile

Drywhiteplease · 07/01/2014 22:53

Anni dratt, I broke my NY resolution! Too much of a bargain, free postage, I bought GiGis in Winter gah! actually need silver Grin thank you

Annianni · 07/01/2014 22:53

Love the dress and poncho Decam.
How's the house hunting going?

santamarianovella · 07/01/2014 22:54

decam that's a gorgeous dress, good thing matches sorted it out for you. I was planing on going frugal too,but I don't think I can. im in love with the rag and bone dre,a friend is going to the US next week so I might ask her to get them for me,as they are way cheaper there.

Annianni · 07/01/2014 22:55

Yay well done Dry :o
I'm gutted they don't have my size.

Drywhiteplease · 07/01/2014 22:56

Anni well, you know me, no sooner did I receive the invitation then I had try on session with dd.....put on all my wedding outfits that I just can't bare to bin. Would love to wear the hat I pinned. June's a tricky time, sometimes very hot, sometimes a bit chilly, same old British dilemma . Have months to plan....DH will have to wear a morning suit Grin

OneLittleLady · 07/01/2014 22:59

Dry, I'd have bought them too at that price if they'd had my size.

libertychick · 07/01/2014 23:00

My atterley road order hasn't been dispatched yet either - all the thinking time is making me reconsider and I'm debating cancelling it!

I love that DVF dress Decam and the poncho.

The Jennifer bag is fantastic - scary price though.

Drywhiteplease · 07/01/2014 23:03

I love these shoes but would you spend £100 on synthetic shoes? Love the style though Hmm
