What do you think of this skirt?! Tell me I'm not crazy...

I bought this skirt from Anthropologie in my lunch break today and now feel guilty about the cost (especially as...yeah, I also bought this hat ) . I have no occasion to wear it! But loved it so

But Twiiiinkle! Are you absolutely sure you forbid it?

The skirt is lovely but difficult. Not quite sure how/when/where you could wear it, and with what. It might turn out to be the white elephant of skirts.

The hat is gorgeous. You could stick that on every day, all winter long.

Am not keen on the skirt. Seems very expensive for what it is.

That skirt is gorgeous. And I love the little cardi and kitten heels pictured up thread. A perfectly gorgeous outfit.

I adore the skirt but feel miffed at you because I tried it on when I was in New York (natch!) but it looked terrible on me. I'm a curvy girl and it was my moment where I realised that the reason I have a wardrobe full of Anglomania dresses is because that is what suits me, boring though it may be…

In my head though, I can still wear that skirt with pointy, nude Manolos and a cream mohair or cashmere knit….

(And fwiw - shamrock dress is shocking )

How long was it? I'm 5'4'' and it looks a bit long to me... Ie past knee length...?

I'm 5'3 and it is a bit long without heels. Saddened by the hate for the Shamrock dress. And yet, quite relieved too - you have saved me £90

I struggle with Anthropologie tbh, it's all too fussy, and OTT, when I'm only 5'0"...

I think you need the right kind of style for Anthropologie, not right for me either.

But I quite like the skirt on the right person. Not keen on the hat.
