ooh so close! Linus so close!

MarshaBrady · 22/10/2013 10:45

Oh that's a shame QueenC when are the next training days? Soon I hope.

mignonnetteZOMBIEKILLEROFHQ · 22/10/2013 10:50

Sorry to hear that QueenC. Hope she feels better soon and that you get a new training date x

LinusDKD · 22/10/2013 10:58

Close but no cigar, marsha?

Lots of Dagmar sweaters on the outnet.

Poor queenc! I hope DD feels better soon and that you can do your training some other time.

Thanks guys. Currently online browsing to cheer myself up but nothing so far takes my fancy.

LinusDKD · 22/10/2013 11:09

I just ordered this

Not sure the shape will suit me but I love the colour and I am still looking for more day dresses.

Oh and this as well. I have always wanted to try this brand but am not a fan of thongs, but as these are boyshorts I thought I'd give them a try.

LinusDKD · 22/10/2013 11:11

Was also really tempted by this but I think it's a bit too dressy for daytime and I have quite a lot of similar dresses for going out. Not in that lovely colour though.

MarshaBrady · 22/10/2013 11:11

Linus love both. The colour is gorgeous.

Yeh the boot, so close I can just imagine the shearling, but the shape is just a bit off. But thank you!

LinusDKD · 22/10/2013 11:17

Yes, the shape is a bit Yeehaw marsha

QueenCadbury · 22/10/2013 11:37

Nice shopping linus.

What do people think of this statement bracelet? I hate it when jewellery isn't shown on actual people as you can't judge the size of it.

MrsRadicchio · 22/10/2013 12:01

Shop did you see this scarf in there? OOS on their website.

Dry I saw your clarksbikers irl today. They are quite slim and delicate, quite classic looking.

I loved the Bridge - I think the tunnel is a remake of that. The Clemence character in the Bridge was quite quirky - no social graces and v direct. I am trying to remember her name...

I wonder if the storyline is the same then?

Dry does your mum live in France? If so, whereabouts?

MrsRadicchio · 22/10/2013 12:09

lovely dresses Linus

Surely you cold sneak off for a prosecco or three when in London? Would be good to meet you, and I am sure I am speaking for all of the thread in saying that.

Does DH have some friends he could catch up with at the asme time?

I'm not keen on that bracelet QC but I'm not really into sparkles. Really sorry to hear about your missed training opportunity. Hope the next one is soon.

So I haven't been out in the evening for 10 months (!) but I have two evenings out planned this week. Nice to be able to plan a going out outfit Smile

MrsRadicchio · 22/10/2013 12:09

same not asme

shopafrolic · 22/10/2013 12:12

MrsR they probably stock over 100 Becksondergaard scarves in there so didn't spot that exact one. They did have another delivery of boxes of scarves while I was there though so it might be worth giving them a call?
I read a Telegraph review of the Tunnel and apparently it is almost identical to the Bridge which I never saw. Clemence's character is super abrupt - really dry and v good.

QueenCadbury · 22/10/2013 12:16

That's my problem mrsr. I love sparkles if they're real but not sure about fake ones Grin.

Can we help you outfit plan?

QueenCadbury · 22/10/2013 12:19

I'd sell a child or 2 or 3 for this Grin

shopafrolic · 22/10/2013 12:25

Foxy Pins of your sweat are up on our board for you to see. I actually liked the top a lot more IRL than on your link and it is lovely and soft.....

So our visit to the Dressing Room was ace, and expensive as always!!
I took my friend who has 2 children and wanted some premium denim. There is a member of staff there who really knows her denim and was amazingly helpful. My friend tried the J Brand Marias which looked good but in the end settled on Paige Hoxton Ultra Skinny which are a super dark watch and so flattering. Apparently Paige is run by a female which is why the cuts are so good.......

I bought these Paige Hoxton straight Lovely dark denim and v flattering.
I also picked up the parka here which is longer at the back than the front and has ties inside which give it a bit of a waist. That has gone in the cupboard for DH to give me for Christmas (feels too long to have to wait).
I got this scarf as a birthday present for a friend and this bangle but in grey leather and silver as a Christmas present for SIL.

As always, really attentive staff (we were in there for well over an hour!), the store is having a revamp and looks beautiful - can't recommend them highly enough.

I also tried this sweater on to get a feel for wearing a chunky knit under the parka - lovely colour, which worked really well with the coat, but very prickly. You have turned me into a merino / cashmere only girl.

MarshaBrady · 22/10/2013 13:07

SbC coat is here and definitely glad I got the 40. Even a little roomy. A quick try on mid-Monopoly game with ds. Will take a better look later.

MrsRadicchio · 22/10/2013 13:14

Re outfits, have the dinner one planned: going for this sort of look with full black lace skirt, breton t and flat pink pointed shoes.

The other night out is in a pub - not sure what to wear as would be nice to wear a skirt or a dress but not feeling inspired. Pin boards here and here

Foxy thanks for the info re the Brady jeans. They are in stock atm but not in my size. I bought these as an alternative.

MrsRadicchio · 22/10/2013 13:15

That was quick Marsha !

MrsRadicchio · 22/10/2013 13:15

Delivery I mean

shopafrolic · 22/10/2013 13:27

Gah! Marsha I need more than that! :)
