Back home after a lovely evening. I am such a lightweight these days. Not even tipsy but only had three glasses of wine.

The thought of DS waking up at 5.15 tomorrow morning(like this morning) was enough to make me behave.

It was fun getting dressed up though! Will try to be a bit braver on Monday when DH and I are going out to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. And I will definitely wear heels!

QueenCadbury · 23/05/2013 21:47

marsha there is only one anneka. Do you really not remember her.

shop you're too kind and now I'm Blush

shopafrolic · 23/05/2013 21:49

Oh and Sleep, amazing kitchen and YY to beautiful kids x

MarshaBrady · 23/05/2013 21:50

It might be cos I grew up in a cultural backwater QueenC Grin. I knew very little about slebs for a long time. Only the ones from Neighbours Wink

Linus yes do! I have some high Kors ones that need to be incorporated into an outfit.

libertychick · 23/05/2013 21:52

Grin at QueenC with the tena lady! Still can't see the pics though...

had noticed you were not around - DD much better thanks but has been out of sorts all week really. Keeps asking when we are going home!

Dry and OneLL what is with the hailstones?!!! Yorkshire weather Smile I have been wearing the I&I cashmere for the last couple of days.

Today I had a Yorkshire haircut and colour - about 25% cheaper than London and I am really pleased. Lovely glossy colour and I got the fringe - IMHO I have shaved off 5 years and DH agrees (but he is well practiced in post haircut debriefing...)

Hoping to get into Leeds tomorrow and maybe, maybe some shopping - tried this biker jacket on yesterday in Harrogate and really liked it - any opinions on Whistles leather jackets?

QueenCadbury · 23/05/2013 21:58

Oh liberty sorry, I think I must have forgotten to add you. We also had hailstones in Bristol today. Glad you've had a good haircut and congrats on the fringe. Fringes rock.

libertychick · 23/05/2013 21:59

Bah I can't see QueenC's photos or Sleep's - am I not a MN friend Sad flashbacks to school Grin

QueenCadbury · 23/05/2013 21:59

liberty I've just worked out how to add you from my iPad!

I can't sleep. I'm still buzzing from the shred!

libertychick · 23/05/2013 22:01

Cross post with QueenC it's ok, I'll get over it chokes back sobs bravely

Drywhiteplease · 23/05/2013 22:03

QueenC i can see you........short short......
pinterest.com/pin/443815738248516785/ if you get layers in a graduated back ( i get my hairdresser to cut mine a bit like this, really tight into my neck, cut on an angle, like it longer round my face) then get a Babyliss big hair, use L'Oreal studio fix you will get volume!

libertychick · 23/05/2013 22:05

QueenC definitely, definitely the length in the second photo - the current length seems to hide your features which is a shame as you are v v pretty. Men and their long hair thing!! DH gets very weird every time I go to get my hair cut constantly fretting I will cut it all off Smile

shopafrolic · 23/05/2013 22:05

You could wear it short short QueenC chop it all off like mine!

Drywhiteplease · 23/05/2013 22:07

Liberty it's going to be cold again tomorrow. Don't know whether you know Leeds, but go to the Victoria Quarter...it's fab. Did you get to my shops? Nice jacket from Whistles.

Annianni · 23/05/2013 22:10

I like your hair longer QueenC (sorry but i'm with your dh)

Welcome to the fringe club Liberty, it's fab :o

Lovely lovely kitchen Sleep Envy

I want to spend less time online.
I love reading but can't remember the last time I read a proper book Hmm

Decam bag? Link please...

I'll catch up with links tomorrow.

santamarianovella · 23/05/2013 22:12

your sooo pretty queen,i love the bob lenght, and youve got the hair for it.

QueenCadbury · 23/05/2013 22:12

dry love that but not sure I'm brave enough and dh would never forgive me.

QueenCadbury · 23/05/2013 22:15

Thanks for all being so nice.

sleep gorgeous kitchen and kids but where are you??

Note to self: do not exercise so late in the evening.

libertychick · 23/05/2013 22:15

No Dry I didn't get to your shops in Harrogate. DD has been super clingy all week and refuses to spend time alone with DH - popping into Whistles to try on the jacket was all could manage. Thanks for the tip on where to go in Leeds - DH is feeling unwell tonight which from a shopping point of view could be a complete disaster but if we do make it in there that is where I will go.

Drywhiteplease · 23/05/2013 22:16

QueenC maybe you should get a Yorkshire haircut like Liberty Grin

Decameron · 23/05/2013 22:19

Aw, I can't see your photo, QueenC.

Anneka Rice lives in my area, I saw her in the supermarket recently!

I think the quality of Whistles leather is very good, Liberty and that is a lovely shape. Kids really do love being at home, don't they?

The code is for 30% off but I tried to use it on Frame denim and it wouldn't work, grr, so there are some exclusions. I like this bag and this AH one Liberty also linked too recently, but I have a couple of black bags already, really don't need it and should save the money. I'd like a pale grey Marc by Marc Jacobs bag but can wait until my friend is back in the US in the summer.

QueenCadbury · 23/05/2013 22:35

dec have added you now

Annianni · 23/05/2013 22:36

Have fun in Leeds Liberty
Hope you get to shop.
And definitely go to the Victoria Quarter.
Harvey Nicks is there :o

McNally · 23/05/2013 22:58

Glad your night out was good Linus. Outfit sounded lovely. Hope exhibition was good too Sleep.

There were hailstones in London too today. Am jealous of possible Leeds shopping. Victoria Quarter is great. A friend has a Whistles leather jacket from a few years ago and still looks amazing Liberty.

Did some RL shopping today. Was on the receiving end of a a fairly bruising comment from a sales assistant about sizes (well, my size - a 12 - and their sizes being incompatible). Would love to say I didn't care, but ended up going home empty handed. Going to have to join in with the impressive Shred efforts. Will stock up on tena too QueenC Grin .
