ermmm, if anyone can make them work, you can Amber. Grin

I have just had a fabulous session with a photographer getting a load of head shots and studio shots done for work, was really nice. Have also discovered lots of new clothing combinations while trying to work out new tops to put on for head shots!

The sun is actually out here today, which is lovely, and making me want to crack out the coral/orange/yellow end of my wardrobe, which rarely sees the light of day.

LeFreakCestChic · 11/04/2013 17:08

shop shoe stretcher works- its a spray, got it from clarks. I used it on Hudson brogues that were pinching at the toes.
anni neon Breton lovely- we are a pair! Would like to use the code but thought it was only for new customers?
carrie yoni seems to have disappeared Sad but not before I shared the link with friends in FB Grin. Haven't laughed so much in ages!

foxysocks · 11/04/2013 17:15

yoni is on classics. brilliant!

has anyone ordered direct from j crew? am v tempted to get all my april shopping done so i don't have to think about it anymore.

AmberNectarine · 11/04/2013 17:16

You're just jealous because you can't wear white Hopefully...

shopafrolic · 11/04/2013 17:25

OP posts:
foxysocks · 11/04/2013 17:27

i like them Amber. how will you style them? I wouldn't get enough wear to justify them but that's not to say you wouldn't....

carrie74 · 11/04/2013 18:15

Wahahahahahahahahahaha!

Just caught up on the Yoni thread. Grin

Annianni · 11/04/2013 18:17

Grazia readers, what boots is SJP wearing on page 133?

I love them...

OneLittleLady · 11/04/2013 18:23

DP got one of the jobs! He starts on Monday. It's almost better news than the arrival of my newly born niece!

Annianni · 11/04/2013 18:32

Fantastic news onelittlelady

I'd not registered for an account lefreak.
Have you got a different email account?
That might work.

Annianni · 11/04/2013 18:33

I think they're an acquired taste Amber

Bargainous though. Have you ordered them?

shopafrolic · 11/04/2013 18:43

OneLittleLady · 11/04/2013 18:47

Thanks ladies Thanks so pleased, we were really struggling and this has come just at the right time, before we really got pulled down into major debt and stuff.

AmberNectarine · 11/04/2013 18:48

Grey marl tee & indigo skinnies or new pale blue Wang and grey skinnies foxy. Definitely not with chaps. Haven't ordered yet but I am mad tempted.

foxysocks · 11/04/2013 20:13

QueenCadbury · 11/04/2013 20:27

Brilliant onelittlelady.

amber as I said on the other thread if people haven't put you off then you must get them.

Just found out another Mnetter is getting her colours done with me next week. And she lives in Bristol. Perfect for lift sharing and talking clothes all the way.

Where is this sun you were all promising? We had thunderous hailstorms this afternoon.

foxysocks · 11/04/2013 20:44

oh onelittlelady that is SUCH great news! v pleased for you

wasn't the hail so weird queenc?! it came out of nowhere. luckily we were all at home by then, although did get drenched on school pick up. i was banking on good weather i want to wear white jeans this w'end.

QueenCadbury · 11/04/2013 21:29

Anyone watching the intern on channel4? It's certainly doing great for my wardrobe.com as you can't get on the site!

MrsRadicchio · 11/04/2013 22:12

Foxy, not sure where you're at with the yellow t-shirt search but did you see this gap one?

Annianni · 11/04/2013 22:19

Not me Queenc, I'm in bed.

Has anyone bought a bag from Jigsaw?
I've pinned a couple that I quite like, but I've not been in a Jigsaw shop for years.

I did quite like some of the zatchels saddle bags, but I think I want something softer and I don't want to spend £££ as there's other things I need too.

libertychick · 11/04/2013 22:59

Welcome windowbasket £6 delivery annoyed me especially as I had the dress in my hands only hours beforehand ? but I won?t be near a Cos store again for weeks and at least I know it fits.
Happy anniversary Shop ? Hope you are having a lovely night.
Great news onelittlelady on both the job and the new niece
Love the outfit today Amber, tube skirt looks great with the flats - your SL ring is really fabulous too.

Today I wore black Gerard Darel wrap effect dress with grey/black leopard print tights and black suede ballet flats, silver and black jewelery. Also decided to abandon the 333 project idea! It meant putting away too many things I love and what?s the point of that? Will adopt Drywhites suggestion of trying to wear a different outfit every day for a month instead. And going to try playing with hair, nails and makeup ? I bought a red lipstick last weekend and it makes me look much brighter. This weekend I am going to buy some different eyeshadows ? I only ever use brown! Like the idea of dark blue.

Anni I like the look of the Jigsaw bags too ? have not bought anything from there in years though.

shopafrolic · 12/04/2013 08:07

Morning all! Seriously hungover this morning - a lovely night, we were thoroughly spoilt - homemade chicken liver pate, monkfish in Vermouth, lemon syllabubs, champagne - just lovely.
The weather was asbsolutely vile in the end so I wore indigo J Brand Sashas, Reiss Mitts jumper with the chunky Reiss gold chain necklace and nude Florettes.
Liberty red lipstick seems to really work for me too at the moment - definitely lifts the complexion. What colour are your eyes? Mine are brown and turquoise / peacock blue liner works well too (obvs not with red lipstick tho!).
How is the sizing in COS? I've seen three dresses that I like the look of but have never bought from there before....
Amber joking from yesterday aside - I really like the cowboy boots. I own three beaten up pairs myself - never had pristine white though.
Foxy have you got a link to the neon tee?
Anni how's the hula hoop? :)

Fab news one! Hope we hear similar v v soon from mr shop.

shop, evening sounds fab, great outfit.

Amber, they wouldn't be for me (like my bags, I wear my clothes to death, so shoes in particular need to be hard wearing. Bargain, though).

liberty, I also like the idea of the new outfit challenge. May ponder some more on that.

foxysocks · 12/04/2013 09:32

oh that sounds perfect shop - what lovely friends. I don't know about sizing in cos but have heard it's all over the place. annoying! will have to make special trip next time I'm in london to try some stuff on i think.

I would definitely like cowboy boots later this year, have never owned any, but i think i'll go more classic as it will be just one pair to go with everything!

MrsR i hadn't seen that but am a bit over gap atm, the quality seems shocking. am definitely enjoying spending a bit more per item for something i love and will cherish.

shop will link to tee once it's ordered as they are low in stock !

Delurking to ask a random question ladies. I have been sent a voucher for 70 pounds at Matches by my credit card company. It runs out in a week or so. No minimum spend - its more a gift voucher code than a money off one. Problem is I am 27 weks pregnant and can't really see anything I fancy. I considered gigi's and Superga's - but that's only really because I am casting around. In the worst case scenario I suppose I could buy something and ebay it to fund something I really want elsewhere. What would you buy?
