I've just realised that I haven't had any tea. No wonder I feel so squiffy after one glass Grin

amber when I last went to sainsburys they didn't have any and I'd quite like one ith 3/4 length sleeves.

MarshaBrady · 24/04/2013 21:39

QueenCadbury · 24/04/2013 21:47

Amber I voted last night for the Jimmy Jimmys.

Marsha I smiled at your enjoyment of the expresso sans kids! When I went back to work after mat leave I was sobbing from the time I left the house until about 10am when I made a cup of tea and suddenly realised it was the first time in 6 months I managed to thoroughly enjoy a cuppa and finish it while it was still hot.

Shop that Jaegar top is gorgeous.
Great watch Grumpy and love the sound of novice's pink watch too - I have a hankering for a bright watch ATM.

Sleep how lovely that you want a fourth child - But the option of retraining is very exciting too.

High fives for getting the dress DryWhite Smile and also to QueenC for successful experiments with new colours.

Sleepwhenidie · 25/04/2013 00:50

Hello everyone, bit woozy after meal organised by maye's dh with waiter refilling wine glass at every opportunity, not good the night before a long haul flight!

Please don't get too carried away with new baby thing everyone, much more likely we will stick with 3 Grin

I love those silver sandals whoever posted them (vague), v tempting!

marsha we could do this together, end of next week?! See what fantastic bits we can find!

The yellow leggings...sorry hopefully, it is a lovely colour, but how, with? Were you ordering whilst drunk?Smile...speaking of which, QueenC you know that Fatface top is only ever going to be something you think of as ok at best....

Sleepwhenidie · 25/04/2013 00:51

That would be mate's DH and ' what with' !

Hopefully · 25/04/2013 06:19

travel I am contemplating the whole cycling-in-flip-flops thing. I'm thinking it be ok...

Sleep I don't even have the excuse of drunk shopping! I ordered olive originally, but they were v dull and I think my though process went: "hmm, olive = dull, therefore yellow = A Good Thing." I'll get my coat... Grin

I bought two 85% wool double breasted winter coats on eBay last night - one Gap (£10), one vintage (£20). Think it was probably a good plan as surely much cheaper now than in winter, but it just felt wrong. Hopefully one or both will be perfect with a bit of nipping and tucking by my dressmaker. Am having such an eBay splurge this week! I had a sudden little bit of income, and it's gone so much further on eBay than it would have in RL.

Annianni · 25/04/2013 07:20

Now i've seen those yellow leggings, I quite like them.

Are they just to be worn at home?
If yes, I say keep them :o

MarshaBrady · 25/04/2013 07:27

Sleep sounds good! I'll try not to be too tight. Grin. If I have £40 to spend I'll always go to the outnet rather than fp high st.

Let's do it, will see if I can find a bargain out there.

Decameron · 25/04/2013 07:35

Those photos are very distressing, awful.

Bon voyage, Sleep! You can snooze on the plane.

I'm not a Topshop fan, I bought maternity jeans there which I hated so it put me off for life. We didn't have one in Dublin so never got into it when I was younger.

Now do you think I could squeeze into these? Maybe for the DDs!

Doing a clearout and have these jeans in a 29 if anyone would like them, yours for the postage. Don't want to sell them on ebay for 2p! They are quite stretchy, I had to rebuy them in a 28 and I am a UK12. They are a fab fit though, I love them.

Decameron · 25/04/2013 07:38

Not sure what they would go with but I like those leggings, Hopefully.

Annianni · 25/04/2013 07:53

Love those jeans Decam but no chance, size wise.

Think Shop's around that size Envy
:o

shopafrolic · 25/04/2013 08:10

Ooooo Decam really? I'd love them if you mean that but surely you'd rather sell them on EBay?

OP posts:
shopafrolic · 25/04/2013 08:11

I'm normally a 30 in J Brands but if you had to size down they might work.....

OP posts:
shopafrolic · 25/04/2013 08:15

Hopefully please don't cycle in flip flops! God forbid you were ever knocked off you could lose a toe! Sad

OP posts:
Decameron · 25/04/2013 08:26

Jeans are yours, Shop, pm me your address when you get a chance. I think they will fit you. They have faded a little at the knee but still good otherwise.

shopafrolic · 25/04/2013 08:29

Off to a 'work' meeting tis morning. Wearing nude LKB Floretes, blue A&W chinos rolled up, Hopefully's cream M&S tee and Whistles cream blazer. Topped off with the Zara leopard print scarf. It's so much hassle trying to get DS and I our of the door in one piece! Final interview for DH today too.
Have good days everyone.

Hopefully · 25/04/2013 08:44

God, I am finding myself tempted to keep the scary leggings! The rest of the order is going back - the tube skirt is too thin and the vest is the right size but not a good colour (eggplant - more Summer than Autumn), and i'm going to wait until I've got a bit more to grips with what colours my S/S wardrobe will be before ordering any other colours.

Shop really lose a toe? Shock. I only cycle on cycle paths really - luckily we have a good cycle network in Exeter. Good luck to your DH today! Loving the sound of your outfit too - I need another blazer for S/S really, but I find it SO HARD to buy ones that I like.

bwahaha just been giggling at all the antics on here last night!

marsha i'm the same, always check outnet first if i identify a wardrobe gap. but for some things - eg stretchy vests and underwear - the high st is hard to beat.

talking of underwear am perusing bras having been measured at JL yesterday. appaz she could tell I breastfed for so long and tried v hard to get me to buy push up bras. hate spending money on underwear, so boring.

still deliberating on the cobalt scarf options although am less enamoured with the chan luu if it snags so easily.
