What are the last three items of clothing you bought, and why?

I've bought a long sleeved black layering t shirt from H&M, a black and white Breton also from H&M and an animal print jumper from Whistles which is -bet lynch i fear or really subtly sexy and stylish...lying on my bed while I decide if I'll keep it. Bought them all because apart from the Breton ( of which I have about a dozen) I don't have anything like them.

new look skinnies - i am losing weight, so old jeans are a bit roomy. plus I don't want to spend much until I've worked out where I'm stopping at
primark navy and white breton - i have the red and white one and wear it all the time, so doubled up
grey primark beret type hat - because I look like Benny from Crossroads in my old winter beanie.

Green vivianna boots from Hush Puppy already had them in brown and red and couldn't resist the green.

Levi Curve ID skinnies in a dark wash. I need a good pair of jeans as I'm going to an ex's birthday party and I'm damned if I'm going to wear crap mumsy jeans!!
Red jacket in a local boutique- just because it was 70% off really
Black Mary Jane crocs. I fell for them because it takes too long to lace up my hi tops twice a day for the school run.

Short biker boots for rainy school runs.
120 den opaques to try them and see if they are warmer than 80 den opaques.

What I really need is a new belt for jeans and a dress I saw in monsoon

Some water resistant walking shoes because my old trainers were falling apart and weren't waterproof. Some thick socks because they were on special offer with the shoes. A pair of Per Una slim straight jeans because they are a simply brilliant fit. I am pear shaped and have a slim waist relative to my hips, and these jeans don't gape at the waist at all! Today actually. 2 x check flannel tunics from uniqlo one blue, one pink and grey, perfect over leggings and boots for winter. A blue sweatshirt tunic, also uniqlo.

Why? Because I can't go in that shop without buying something and they were in the sale.

A pair of black 'suede' wedge heeled ankle boots from Primark with diamante stud heels for £15. Bargainacious!

Merrell Oslo boots because I have had my eye on them for ages and they were reduced to £45.
A lace top. It was a bit pricy but is so lovely I had to buy it.

Forever little black party dress which I'm not telling you lot about because I need to swap it for a size down, and last time I broadcasted my favourite dress on MN it sold out. Getting ahead of the panicking at Christmas game.

Burgundy Zara skinnies. Love love LOVE the colour. Bought because of the colour and I needed some new ones as I'm losing baby weight.

Hudson Encke ankle boots in coal. Because someone linked on MN and I've been lusting after them ever since.

Maroon sort of coloured stretchy jeans from M&S, because a friend wears a lot of coloured jeans and I thought I'd try some, but only cos they were in the sale.

A dark blue striped jumper also M&S because it was in the sale and my jumpers are looking knackered, don't normally get acrylic but our house is cold enough that it doesn't feel sweaty.

M&S tights, for work (that's the reason I went there, the above were impulse buys but have been living in them this last week).

A black wool work skirt from The Outnet. Because it was lovely and over 50% off (but still spenny).

I can't think what else, but I am planning to go back and buy some boots I tried on in Dune the other day (black, knee length) as soon as I finish work early enough to get there!

Cheap strappy vests - for layering under tops to breastfeed in.

Various pairs of winter boots (black with furry lining) - currently deciding which pair to keep. Because I am going to be on maternity leave from end of November and I don't have any winter suitable footwear.

A cream cashmere jumper from H&M, because it was cheap.

A scarf from a local shop (it was a present for a friend so not sure if it counts).

A pair of boots from office, I love the colour which is deeper and def more of a burgundy than in the photo. Finally chose a pair of ankle boots and they are about half a size too big, but I have put fluffy insoles in them and they are much better. Still not worn them, but they make my ankles cold so think I may only wear them with jeans or I will have to try woolly socks with them? They are a replacement, sort of, I had brown knee length boots, but the zip broke, they leaked, and I have had them for years so with all the ankle boots threads on here I took the plunge.

And a wooly jumper dress form H&M but it is going back because I didn't try it on and it doesn't suit me - I want a jumper/woolly dress for casual winter days and I don't have one.

Lacy bra from Agent Provocateur, as I already have the pants and it was on sale for £20 (which is just a bit more expensive than say, a bra from M&S, but SO much better)

A pair of white mary jane peep toe heels in the Kurt Geiger summer sale, which I have yet to see because they posted me the wrong chuffing shoes (do I look like I'd wear sparkly mules? Actually, yes, probably yes. I do look like I'd weary sparkly mules) and they haven't sent me the correct ones yet. But I'll have to wait til spring/summer to wear them.

Two lambswool jumpers from United Colours of Benneton as the fucking bastard moths ate most of my other jumpers.
