I'm hopefully buying a breast reduction!

OneOfMyTurnsComingOn · 05/09/2012 19:21

A hammock. For each knocker Grin

MyNeighbourIsStrange · 05/09/2012 19:22

A tit sling.

4goingon14 · 05/09/2012 19:25

Charliefox Seriously Jealous!! I want one too, but can't afford it. Sad

AndiMac · 05/09/2012 21:13

Possibly this cowl top, but I need to see it in the shop first, as the colour is a bit hard to tell online.

I always thought high necks were a no-no when you had big bazookas? They seem to make mine look really low.

BombusBombus · 06/09/2012 07:52

A very well fitting bra.

gregssausageroll · 06/09/2012 08:32

I can't wear high necks at all due to norkage. I am looking for some nice grey tops but can't find.

Cowl necks are fantasticly flattering for the norks

Dollydowser · 06/09/2012 19:07

I find it really hard to find flattering clothes that fit well. I like Pepperberry as a concept but in reality they do very little in the way of smart/casual dresses for ever day. I am a short fat curvy hourglass with norks way out of proportion to the rest if me.

I have just bought from Boden (20% finishes today) this dress which I will wear with thick tights and platforms/boots. It flatters my boobs and skims the tummy but it does go in at the waist, so not too tunicy for me. The bloody cropped sleeves piss me off, it a really warm dress, except my wrists are going to be cold! Would wrist warmers look OK??

I have also bought this in Blackberry, which is not beige and brown like in the photo, more grey and purple. The regular was way too short so have exchanged for the long (and I'm 5'3!) I always buy low scoop necklines as they are more flattering, but because of the colour blocking, it gives a similar slimming effect on the bust. Unfortunately it doesn't go in at the waist so I will be putting a couple of darts in it to show that I do have a waist.

Pepperberry's winter range comes out on Monday, I have high hopes for maybe one winter dress? I can't do their tops, all too smocky/tunicy for me and remind me of maternity clothes!

TwiggysGoneOnHolidayByMistake · 06/09/2012 19:44

This dress is really flattering. It's more A-line than the pic looks though.

This top is fantastic. I bought it in another colour as I was so pleased with it.

orangeandlemons · 06/09/2012 19:53

Another sack to add to my stylish sack collection. I loathe having big norks, I feel like a freak. When I look in a mirror it looks like someone has shoved 2 ballons up my dress.

And I hate the cost of the bras

AngelsWithSilverWings · 06/09/2012 20:19

Hi , another freak of nature hear!

I'm really interested in the Boden suggestions. I've always assumed Boden wouldn't be cut for big boobs so have never ordered anything.

I'm a 12 or 14 really/super curvy in Pepperberry. I'm a 34gg and wear size 12 trousers/skirts . Does anyone have any advice about how Boden will fit me?

BombusBombus · 06/09/2012 20:19

I disagree about the cowl necks, makesme look completely out of proportion

AndiMac · 06/09/2012 20:22

Nooooo! Don't hate your awesomely big tits. They are awesome. They are so awesome others are awed by them, but that's okay. You aren't a freak for having excellently large mammary glands, you are an object of admiration and desire. And yes, I've had several glasses of wine, but I believe this completely sober too.

I have a dress very similar to the one TwiggysGone listed from Boden. Mine however is from Phase Eight and is listed on sale for £20 cheaper, but only in smaller sizes right now. But there might be a few in the shop if you go. I've worn it today and have a received loads of compliments on it. So go get it or the Boden one!

LovelyMarchHare · 06/09/2012 20:31

your post made me smile AndiMac. And feel a little better about myself!

susitwoshoes · 06/09/2012 20:33

I hate mine too, hate the cost of bras and the limited colours available. I'm a 30g/32FF and I should be a 10 in tops but have to get a 12. I also have a very lumpy flabby tummy, and have realized that I will have to get either very structured tops, or those made of decent thick material (I'm thinking jersey tops, I work at home and look after DD so no smart clobber needed here). I've never bought from Boden, and some of this stuff looks lovely, though, for me, even with a discount it's swooningly expensive.

This is so odd, my last google entry, about 6 minutes ago, was 'clothes for big bust'. And then along came this thread. Yay! Just had a look at Pepperberry, do they have a shop - I mean, do Bravissimo stock the clothes?

AndiMac · 06/09/2012 20:49

Glad it made you smile LovelyMarchHare. Remember it's true as well, not just me going on about it.

I found actually Ann Summers had several nice looking (ie nothing I would worry about my neighbours seeing on the washing line) bras in larger sizes for bras. And the bonus of matching bottoms too.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 06/09/2012 20:52

42 and a 32E here. I hate them - although dp seems to like them!

I really like cowl necks and feel that they are quite flattering. High necks look awful but I also hate anything which dips too low and shows cleavage, so I tend to wear a cowl neck or scoop neck. Slash necks can look okay too but I rarely find them.

TwiggysGoneOnHolidayByMistake · 06/09/2012 20:57

Angels, Boden wrap-style tops & dresses are supposed to be brilliant for us ample girls but it's rather hit & miss as to what will work and what won't. Read the reviews on the website as they are very accurate eg. one top looked like it would be brilliant but lots of reviews said it didn't work with a big bust - I thought I'd try it anyway but they were right as it looked ridiculous!

TapselteerieO · 06/09/2012 21:01

I have been looking at dressipi after someone recommended it on here, for ideas, filled in my details, size, colour preferences - so hoping the ideas will help me. Went to a wedding recently and I am not impressed with how I look in the photos, so feel the need for style revamp. Unfortunately I am short (5ft) with 30G norks - so a lot of dresses just make me look like I'm a little girl dressing up in her Mum's clothes.

I have had dresses taken up, even though I am size 10/12/14 (French Connection/Topshop/H&M) I just feel I look very dumpy/cuboid in everything. I am bit of a carrot/hourglass, I do have a defined waist, but v short body and v short legs, with skinny ankles.

TwiggysGoneOnHolidayByMistake · 06/09/2012 21:01

Another Boden suggestion... this dress was lovely and fine in the boobage area but looked awful on my horrid, flabby stomach.

This is the top to avoid - looks like it would be really flattering but makes them look insane. 36HH here btw :(
