I threw mine away. :( I had big black boots and thick soled Mary Jane things. Now I only have cone heeled Mary Janes which I wear for work, but they are on their last legs tbh.

I wouldn't wear the boots now - too old and I've become far less 'indie' in my old age!

I liked DMs back in the day, my beloved DMs are 18 years old I dread the day I will have to replace them they are just a shadow of what hey used to be, I'd probably replace them with Grafters instead.

I have the classic 8-hole boots in black and purple (both vegan) and a pair of cherry red ones that I found in a charity shop for about £4, like new :o Love love love them. My purple vegan ones must be at least 18 years old now.

I ended up buying the red darcies and the brown fur lined boots so thanks GK! They had gorgeous long black ones and grey ones but they were the wrong size - booo. Such bargains. x

I have the best husband in the world, due to me going on and on and on mentioning these DMs that Mignonette linked to, he secretly bought them for me & had them delivered this morning and they are amaaaaaaaazing.

They're the ones that I've been wearing solidly for 9 months of the year for the last 2 years Mrsmeow and they still look exactly the same. They are so comfy. I think I'll actually mourn those boots should they ever fall to bits!
