what do you recommend for turnips?

JackieNo · 01/03/2006 23:05

NowaNearlyNiceMum, not the power sander - the scalpel - I have ingrowing corn type things on the outsides of my little toenails, so she hacks them out with the pointy end of a scalpel every 8 weeks or so (sorry if TMI).

cod · 02/03/2006 07:56

Blush My feet (mainly heel) have turned minging!!!! My poor heels are cracked to buggery! Does Flexitol work on that too? Been using this heel balm stuff (smells gorgeous) and it just softens it but does'nt get rid of it. Grin
harpsichordcarrier · 02/03/2006 08:05

listen girls
if your feet are disgusting NO SANDALS OK?
do us all a favour
can't bear to look at disgusting flaky toenails and yellowy skin all summer

and yes my feet are perfect thanks for asking

HellKat · 02/03/2006 08:07

Lol not a chance!!! On the rare occassion (only in the heights of summer I might add) do I dare to wear flip flops, my feet look immaculate! Neatly painted nails and all. Can't stand seeing crusty feet on show.

Can I ask foot people a question? Sorry, this is horrible, but some of my big toenails (only, the rest are fine) went black when I was pregnant with dd (she's 2.4 now) and I thought it was because I rarely took my nailvarnish off and even if I did I then repainted them immediately. So I didn't wear varnish on my toes for 2 years - what a pita that was, I didn't wear open toed shoes last summer or the one before - and they've nearly grown out in that the black bit's now at the top but my nails are still yellow. Is it because of all the varnish? Or wot? I've started wearinf it again, couoldn't stand the look of them, and can I do anytihng about it?

cod · 03/03/2006 09:31

ah i once left nail varnish on all autumn an ept repainting oevr it and the nail fell off

no, it doesn't look like those. It doesn't hurt and all the other nails look normal. Just googled and scared myself, apparently toenail probs can be 'life threatening' - surely not? It's got better over past 2 years as my toenails have grown.

cod · 03/03/2006 09:35
