Fritzi have you seen the Esprit TV ad of supermodel Gisele wearing that jumper talking about how she loves bright colours. She looked stunning. Saw it last night, DH sat there open mouthed for its duration but then said the colour didnt suit her!!!!

Oh, and I may have just brought these boyfriend jeans which were so soft and high waisted a good length of short legged me. Will wear a lot on the summer with sandals or converse and slub ts.

Just checking, no babies have been born this morning have they or Ive just posted 3 of the most self centred posts ever?!

rufus, it took a while for the scales to go down with me, then all of a sudden I'm lighter than I've been since I bought the scales 11 years ago! Give it two weeks.

Nope, nothing to report. Was up from 02.30 with cramps again, but came to nothing again.

Been out for a walk, managed to get hold of the navy TS blazer of Verity's in Debenhams after Looby reminded me that Debenham's have a TS concession. Also purchased this top to go with grey skinnies and also a long line grey cardigan in GAP, which I am really pleased with as I liked it full price, and managed to find it in the sale today.

Had a look in Jigsaw, that double layer top you linked to Decameron is lovely. They have some very pretty things in there, and I am still lusting after this scarf which could look lovely against a white t-shirt and my new navy balzer.

This baby better hurry up, because this daily walk is getting expensive!

Ollie I like the style of the boots, but prefer the more tan colour of the Ambush/KG's. That's just personal preference though, mainly as I am wearing my Ambush with one pair of jeans that goes with them.

Icey I have been to Barcelona a few times, great beaches and I'd say enough 'city' for DH. However, I would second the Lisbon idea as per Bloss. My parents go every year and love it, they do get a train to the beach though.

Just spilled my cappuccino all over my desk, thankfully not over new Macbook, phew. All because I'm a little bit mad at DH, because he cannot even pay me attention for 20 seconds when he calls me from the office and I tell him something and can hear him tapping on his keyboard in the background,grrr. Doesn't he know I am stuck at home without any RL human contact trying to write a tedious brief for a new product I have volunteered to write/edit. I am bored already, not a good sign. Thanks for the boot comments. In an ideal world I would like the KG ones in the colour of the ones I found today. Googled Ambush ones and of course they did exactly that last summer ie grey Ambush. Have got the boots on hold until tomrrow when I will go for another try on but think I will buy if only for their amazing leg lengthening properties!

Stressing about lack of MU outfit too. Shall we just make it fancy dress instead?

NYE I would think you would have to be v careful with peplums in order to avoid (a) too much fabric and (b) cluttering your torso, iykwim.
