I ordered 4 on the 1st and they arrived yesterday.

The Noella is going back as the material is horrible. Really cheap looking.
I paid £25 for it but notice it has gone down to £14 now, I'm not surprised.
I also got the:
Winter Lace £25, nice
Harriet £15, lovely
Angie £25, I like this one best.

ChristinedePizan · 05/01/2012 11:50

The money left my account this morning and still no delivery or dispatch email Hmm

Elliptic5 · 05/01/2012 14:20

My Great Plains order from the 30th arrived today. Basic long sleeved top seems very thin to me but ok for £4.50. Much prefer my Toast sale tunic top but then that was £35.
Just waiting for my Wrap order to arrive now.

ChooChooWowWow · 05/01/2012 14:30

I didn't get any e mails from them ChristinedePizan

tanfastic · 05/01/2012 14:34

Oh no I've ordered the Noella Sad

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 05/01/2012 14:37

It's not just the prices that are weird ... this is according to the description 'wool-blend' but the detailed info says it's 100% cotton, and this is '37% Viscose 35% Cotton 10% Deh', which leaves a mystery 18% component. Grin

If anyone has either of these and can enlighten me, I'd be most grateful!

jumpinghoops · 05/01/2012 14:48

I too had ordered the Noella but thanks Choo Choo for the heads up as I have just phoned GP and they've cancelled my order before it was dispatched which has at least saved me return postage costs!

tanfastic · 05/01/2012 15:11

Mind you I've only paid £14 for my Noella. Is it really that grim?

madammecholet · 05/01/2012 15:14

I've just had my order, mixed results..

Oversize knit in roebuck so nice, ordered the same again in black.

rollneck good basic for 14.50

but sadly the frill shirt in panacotta pulled over my chest - altho black one didn't, so thats going back...

and the melbourne knits dress made me look mumsy..

ChristinedePizan · 05/01/2012 15:16

Thanks ChooChoo. Perhaps the order will be here tomorrow then (I can't remember the names of anything I ordered)

WhatstheScenario · 05/01/2012 15:42

Ooh, just ordered a dress, top and bag for £80 - would have cost more than twice that. Hope they're nice when they arrive!

TracyK · 05/01/2012 15:46

What kind of colour is roebuck?

TracyK · 05/01/2012 15:48

Anyone tried the treggings? They only go up to a L which is sposed to be a 14. I'm really a 16, so unless they are v big made.....

vonnyh · 05/01/2012 15:50

Don't suppose there are any free delivery codes knocking about?

franke · 05/01/2012 16:02

Has anyone got the suede tassle bag? Is the suede a bit iffy?

LaurieFairyCake · 05/01/2012 16:08

I got 3 of the Harriet dress - black/roebuck/grey and was delighted with them though they must be pretty generous sizing as I'm an 18 and have 36J norks and they fit (the xl).

3 dresses for 45 quid - bargainous. Also bought a jacket, also excellent and was 60 quid, down from 130.

Spooklegeek · 05/01/2012 16:19

I love love love this sale & bought 2 tshirts, 3 jumpers, 3 dresses, a bag, a top & a necklace Blush I only sent back 1 jumper & 1 dress so am v chuffed!

brighthair · 05/01/2012 16:23

I got the loulou stripe dress. Love that the sleeves are long enough on me. Don't love that it just covers my bum Sad
Wanted to wear with tights and boots but it's more of a lightweight long top

TracyK · 05/01/2012 16:24

I've just ordered the jolene crepe pants, 2 x oversized knits and the Huntress top.
Didn't bother with the jeggings, prob too small.

ChooChooWowWow · 05/01/2012 16:51

Oh sorry about my comments on the Noella, it is just my personal opinion some may like it.

It looks lovely on the hanger, but is 100% viscose which I find a bit cheap looking and is prone to making me feel a little sweaty Blush. I didn't check the material before ordering.
Also it is dry clean only, which as I bought it for a everyday school run outfit is a bit too much expense for it's upkeep. Grin

Gillybobs · 05/01/2012 17:06

ChooChoo

I got my Noella today too. I know what you mean about the fabric etc but for £14 Im def keeping it. Its longer than I expected, Im 5' 7" ad its def dress length rather than tunic length. Ive got a 40th party coming up and think it will look great with high shoes and a blingy necklace. I will probably hand wash mine, have had some success hand washing similar fabric so worth a bash.

tanfastic · 05/01/2012 18:00

Ok ladies, i'll let you know what I think about the Noella when it arrives. I only bought it for the office to be honest so it will probably be okay. As long as it doesn't look too mumsy then i'll probably keep it.

SwedishEdith · 05/01/2012 18:19

My black coat with fur collar arrived. Was 140 down to 35 and it's mostly wool. I wouldn't say it was a warm winter coat and deffo wouldn't pay 140 for it but I did need a smart black coat for "going out" in winter so bargain, I say.

cornsilxkskiy · 05/01/2012 18:23

my parcel is over the road at the neighbours...keep batting my eyelashes at dh to get it for me...it's cold out.

MissBeehivingUnderTheMistletoe · 05/01/2012 18:30

FGS Corny - you have to suffer to be beautiful Wink

My parcel has been despatched but I ordered the Melbourne knit dress (amongst others) that MmeCholet did and I don't like the sound of it looking "mumsy". Sad
