Yes, I will have to get Elle tomorrow too. Does anyone know how their sizes come up? I am looking at the www.kurtgeiger.com/acidic-1.html and am normally a 4.5 size.

However, I'm not generally good with high heels, so probably the 5 would be better .... [hopeful]

Is it a code that's on the elle gift card?

I assumed they're like normal gift cards with individual codes. Elle have done this before with other companies and it's always been like that. If it's just a general code, I'd be ever so grateful if someone could share.

The general code (posted above) gives 20 off a fifty spend. For another additional 20 off you need to buy Elle mag with the gift card with an individual code ;)

I have just tried this and got in a real pickle. It accepted the WELCOME code but would not also add my Elle code. Now my Elle code is coming up as invalid. Any advice please.

I ordered some shoes last night. Both the WELCOME code and the ELLE code were accepted. Now I log on to my email and find that in the confirmation email only the ELLE code has been deducted so what was a reasonable pair of shoes is now more than I would have paid. I'll send them back but I suppose it will cost me. How are companies allowed to take more from your card?

when i do a search on all womens 1527 styles come up, when i filter it to my size (3) only 3 styles come up!!! hmmm size 3 not that uncommon right!! shame... thanks anyway!

ahh figured it out, if i choose size 36 opposed to 3 i get more options!!

Oh, thats not good to have a different amount taken from your account. I have phoned KG in desperation. Helpful lady said the KGWELCOME10 code is for all first time users of the website and should be valid along with the ELLE card. She couldn't understand why my card won't work despite being registered and showing the £20 credit on their website. She went off to speak to IT an hour ago with a promise to ring back. Will wait a while longer. Please let this work.

I read on MSE that they've stopped accepting the Elle card on reduced items in store, maybe they've done it online too?

stopthelights I have exactly the same problem as you, before I clicked on 'pay' it showed both discounts ie £40, but my confirmation email has come through with only £20 off. I have emailed them a few hours ago but haven't had a reply. They are going to get short shrift if this doesn't work, I can tell you! They can't just take a different amount from a card without notification...

OK - an update: just spoke to KG & both discounts HAVE been applied & the error is in the confirmation email. So our bargains still stand!
